What can I say..... Justin, from the very start of my requesting a valuation just out of curiosity, has advised & supported me through a complete house move...& this being my first time, at the age of 69 & recently bereaved, was a huge challenge. Throughout the whole process Justin, along with Ryan and the whole team have just been truly amazing. Every phone call... no matter who answered the phone.. was dealt with so much kindness and friendship & left me feeling reassured. I can't recommend them all highly enough..... I’ll be totally honest - I have dealt with another branch of CJ Hole for lettings in the past and have had a terrible experience, so was very skeptical choosing them to sell my property. However, I could not be happier with their wonderful service! Kevin and Bonnie were polite, friendly, helpful, respectful and were genuinely invested in helping me get the right buyer and the right price for the house. Another agent in the area whom I approached for a quote seemed to only be interested in a fast sale. I highly recommend using CJ Hole to sell, they are fantastic at their job. Couldn't recommend enough! During the purchase of mine and my partners first house, Justin was so helpful. To be honest pretty much all updates we received were from Justin who was always on the ball chasing everything for us to get our purchase to happen as quickly as possible. We have also since recommended the branch to my mother-in-law who after not being able to sell her property with another agency, put it on the market with CJ Hole and Kevin then got it sold within 2 weeks! After bad experiences from other local estate agents who promised the world, my property spent months on the market. I had heard excellent reviews for CJ Hole Redfield and decided to give them a call. I was apprehensive and doubtful. All that changed and faded away when CJ Hole's top estate agent, Kevin walked through my door. He was honest from the outset and completely transparent. He kept in touch throughout the transaction (I never had to chase) and within one week - he found a buyer who was ready to go! I was in disbelief. This gentleman is a true pleasure to work with. You are extremely fortunate if Kevin is your estate agent - honestly. The transaction had it's challenges through no fault of CJ Hole, and with their perserverance and Kevin's professionalism all the bumps in the road smoothed out and my HOUSE SOLD ! If you are reading this Kevin, THANK YOU SOO MUCH. You're always going to be remembered fondly for this fantastic experience. CJ Hole Redfield were just fantastic, I can't recommend them highly enough. I had to sell my property under difficult personal circumstances and everyone in the team was very professional but also incredibly sympathetic. I was kept up to date throughout the process and once I had accepted an offer they found me a new property to purchase which was perfectly suited to my needs. Justin and bonnie at CJ hole have been excellent all the way through the process of selling my house. Quick sale and a good price after an alternative estate agent had it on the market for three months and didn't achieve a sale. Justin sold it in just under a couple of weeks. A very short chain, yet it's taken a long time to get it over the line but the updates were fantastic and I even found I was getting more updates about my purchase than I did from the agent I was buying from (Gregory's) Highly recommend.
