We're proud to open our newest office on Church Road in Redfield, providing a specialist estate and lettings agency service to Redfield and the surrounding areas of Greenbank, Whitehall, Easton and St. George. The franchise owner is life-long Bristolian Chris Hill; he's a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA) and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA), and runs a total of seven offices in the Bristol area. Chris and his experienced team, all of which have previously worked within the BS5 area, pride themselves on delivering the very highest standards of customer care at all times. Specialising in both residential sales and lettings as well as property management, we offer a wide range of services to suit every individual need. Our team are passionate about property and are on hand to guide you through the whole sales or lettings process. GoogleAwful estate agent. First phone contact was with an unhelpful woman who said I couldn't view a specific property for the next 8 days because they were too busy! She gave me an appointment and when I turned up there was no-one there. I later phoned the office and a feeble sounding woman did not bother to apologize and couldn't find my booking on the computer. Utterly dreadful service

Facebookaccount with amazement, i remember few months back i had nothing i couldn't boast of 100 $ in my bank account cause i've lost my life-savings and pension to scammers, i had lost all hope in life.. until MRS CHARLOTTE WAYNE came along, the man who changed my life totally. i had concluded that all account managers in groups were scammers but M proved me wrong, every time i apologize to him for doubting him from the start. GoogleI was pleasantly surprised by CJ Hole at Redfield. Be aware that although they are part of a chain, each estate agent is franchised, I found this out after trying to drop keys for my place at another agency. The sale itself was a slow start due to covid and my property being slightly tricky to sell. I lived in an apartment block and had management fees, ground rent etc. After a little advice over how to present the property, photo's were taken and after three viewings a buyer was found. I was informed the buyer had a good deposit, good job and a mortgage already agreed in principle. This seemed like a good prospect, and a sale was agreed. Finding a buyer seemed like the easy bit, Bonnie from CJ Hole worked tirelessly behind the scenes overcoming problems as they came to make sure the deadline was met.
