The franchise owner is life-long Bristolian Chris Hill; he's a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA) and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA), and runs a total of seven offices in the Bristol area. Chris and his experienced team, all of which have previously worked within the BS5 area, pride themselves on delivering the very highest standards of customer care at all times. It was a complicated sale because of all the rules surrounding Leasehold properties,the fact that we had a tenant in the flat until the last moment and the fact we live in Birmingham. Justin handled all of these factors magnificently. His calm and reassuring presence helped ease our concerns. He answered all our emails( and there were a lot!) very speedily and knowledgeably.. Thoroughly deserves five stars.

He gained a really clear idea of what we were looking for in a property and arranged several viewings for us following this. This included allowing us to be the first to view a property. He went the extra mile throughout when offering to help us with different aspects of the house buying process.

GoogleI felt from the start of the journey of selling my property both Justin /Bonnie from the redfield branch made me felt at ease and all a long there were amazing at keeping me updated and was always approachable . Emma/ Kevin (sales) were proactive when things weren’t running so smooth with chain etc and were quick to chase and get back to me . GoogleWe recently selected CJ Holes new Redfield branch to market and find a tenant for our property in Easton. Brad did the best pitch of the four agents we looked at. The photos of the property were excellent and Hope did a good job of following up after the viewing and we found a good new tenant who could move in promptly. The model where Kayleigh in the other office does the paperwork worked well and all the documentation was excellent. Brad really made us feel valued and delivered on all the commitments he made at the start of the process. A great experience of the CJ Hole Redfield office.
