I recently bought a property with CJ Hole. I found the team were all extremely informative and accommodating. I particularly worked with Karly, who did an amazing job of communicating and chasing information for me to move the process along. She made the process so much easier, particularly as I was a first time buyer. I also had a lot of communication with Ed who was also really helpful and friendly during the process. I would highly recommend buying through CJ Hole!

I was blown away from the support I got from CJ Hole and in particular Karly. The sale of my flat ran into a lot of paperwork issues from the solicitors on both sides and it is fair to say that without Karly, the process would have taken twice as long as it did. I am very very grateful for her expertise on certain topics and also for the words of encouragement she gave me whilst it was tough going.

We sold our property through CJ Hole Bishopston and Andy and the Team were great from Emily during the initial sale process to Karly and Andy when progressing the sale. They regularly updated us with progress; helped with any queries we may have and were very supportive during a very anxious time as we were moving home after being in our property for over 25 years. They were always professional; extremely efficient but always friendly. When phoning the office if the person we needed to speak to was not available the person taking the call would always do their best to assist but if they couldnt the message got passed on very quickly. We would not hesitate to recommend them to any friends and family who are looking to move in the future. Thank you so much Andy; Karly; Emily and Team!

Decided to move from our house after 30+ years and chose C J Hole as we were very impressed by Emily Davies, her commitment, her drive to get our house sold, and to get us the best price, so we could afford our move to the outskirts of Bristol. Emily came, took all the photos and led us through the house selling process, keeping us informed all the way through the process, even advising us on our strategy to buy our 'house in the country'. She was ably assisted by Andy, the branch manager, who 'took over the reins' when she was otherwise engaged, or on a day off. In fact, we were very impressed with the rest of the team, especially Kieran, who did the majority of viewings and Ed who helped out when Kieran was off. In fact we can't fault the service we recieved. Special thanks to Emily/Andy for the fraught days before exchange, when they both did their utmost to get us 'over the line' despite numerous small hiccups. If we could give Emily/Andy 6 stars, we would.

To date I have rarely left reviews however I feel that C J Hole deserve much appreciation and praise for the outstanding work they have consistently carried out for me over the last four years. From the purchase of my property to the team involved with contracts, accounts and letting, everything is superbly coordinated and managed. In regard to the letting of my property in Bristol, Rafal Lunitz has been exceptionally professional and gone above and beyond in saving me from having to worry about any month to month issues that may occur. Thankfully Rafal has been proactive in his approach of avoiding issues by keeping on top of maintenance and having excellent communication with all parties including tenants, contractors, utility companies and neighbours. Upon finding an ideal place with CJHole I was able to get a viewing sorted the day of enquiry and ultimately signing the tenancy contract the Friday of the same week, I would certainly recommend them. I'd like to thank Sophie G for getting me into the property viewing so quickly, Colin D for promptly communicating my offer to the landlord and big thank you to Magda L for her friendly professionalism handling the millions of questions I asked on calls throughout that week. You all helped me secure the letting so quickly to able to enjoy a stress free (relatively!) Christmas, so thank you all very much.
