Milli was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly throughout the process - she really made what is usually quite stressful a calm and pleasant experience. GoogleAll staff were really helpful, especially Emma. No question was too silly and you were always updated with any developments. Responses were fast and always dealt with any issues/ concerns promptly. Emma often went above and beyond to make the letting process as easy as possible for a novice landlord like myself. GoogleBad experience with CJ Hole, just another branch. Very rude people. They interest is in your money, and not your needs. Told them I quit smoking and that the property I am looking for should have gas heating. They sent me a list that only one matched my requirements. Sent them a message that I am interested, and they replied to me "unfortunately the landlords wouldn’t consider someone who smokes in the properties". First of all you should search for a property, and give me other options( at this point when you have tens of properties on the market) . Second, if I specific told you, to send me properties with gas heating, why is so hard to search for my needs, lazy people?

GoogleWe have been looking for a new home in Bristol for one year. In that time we have seen more than 70 properties with many agencies. The understanding of our needs was highest with CJ Hole by a long margin. We had only pleasant experiences here even though we were very picky and rejected many properties on the way for various reasons. Many other agencies tried pushing us into choosing what they had on offer rather than trying to understand what we needed.

I cannot recommend highly enough George Mawer and his team at the Westbury branch for the efficient and professional approach they had to selling my late fathers house. From start to finish I was kept up to date, either by email or verbally every step of the way. Selling a house can be very daunting but George and the staff kept the process as simple and smoothly as you would expect from a well run office. Many thanks again.

I contacted C J Hole because they regularly sell properties in my area and I was interested in the value of my house. During my initial phone call Christian was very helpful, he took background information and followed up the appointment we had arranged with an email and a letter delivered by hand a few hours later. Tim clearly has extensive local property knowledge and his visit was both interesting and informative. He understood that I'm not planning to move at present and I felt under no pressure at all. I now have a good understanding of where my property sits within the local market and his visit was followed up by a written valuation. A very friendly and professional service, I am glad I contacted them.

Claire and Laura have been very kind and helpful in all the letting process doing their best to protect and fulfill the requirements from both the Landlord and the tenant. CJ Hole Westbury-on-Trym Branch Team provided the most professional, efficient and successful service of my five house purchases over forty-five years in Bristol. The Office's extended opening hours and high staffing levels ensured availability and response to Branch visits, 'phone calls and Emails, particularly important as I was absent from Bristol for long periods. The staff are well-trained, experienced, enthusiastic, friendly and courteous. They are good listeners and reply to queries and comments. They provided helpful and practical advice on presenting my property, and how it related to other properties. The property was marketed at a realistic price with admirable paper, office and on-line advertising supported by local knowledge. All viewings were accompanied by staff, with follow-up reports on every viewing. They achieved an offer leading to sale in a very short time, despite uncertain times. Having gained a viable offer, the Team provided continued Sales Progression support until final Completion, by monitoring progress of other parties in my chain, and chasing both Solicitors and other Agents in order to overcome the obstacles and poor communication which commonly afflict the later house purchasing stages. I have no reservations in recommending CJ Hole.

GoogleLaura Harris and her follow-up team including Emma Bisley did a wonderful job advising us on getting our buy-to-let property setup and finding a great tenant for us. Laura was especially helpful providing evidence to prove the market rental value to our mortgage lender. CJHole proved to offer a far better service than the previous letting agents that we have dealt with (starting with 'O') and we definitely recommend them to any landlords and tenants looking for good service and value for money.
