FacebookThe "BEST AGENTS" in Bristol no other agents can compare to the Bradley Stoke branch.. they are efficient,hardworking and always deliver with a promise. Karen,Laura and Jess are the ladies you need to see about your property they are very courteous, kind and always helpful.. I would only use this agent they are brilliant. Keep up the good work everyone... I highly recommend them to everyone in Bristol!

GoogleLaura Harris and her follow-up team including Emma Bisley did a wonderful job advising us on getting our buy-to-let property setup and finding a great tenant for us. Laura was especially helpful providing evidence to prove the market rental value to our mortgage lender. CJHole proved to offer a far better service than the previous letting agents that we have dealt with (starting with 'O') and we definitely recommend them to any landlords and tenants looking for good service and value for money.

FacebookWe initially put our house on the Market with an online agent thinking that cheapest was best and that it didn't matter about the databases of clients or local knowledge because everyone looks on right move. After 9 weeks we'd had 9 viewings but no offers. So realised we had made a mistake. Whilst on the market we registered with all of the local agents in Bradley Stoke and gave them a brief idea of what we wanted. We initially viewed 2 houses with Catherine from CJ Hole. What a breath of fresh air she was, polite friendly and enthusiastic about the properties we viewing even if they weren't the best. I asked her opinion on what she thought about our house from seeing it on right move and she gave a very constructive opinion on what we needed to do to sell. One of the things which really impressed us about Catherine was that she would call us about properties that we hadn't even asked to view but she had a feel for what we wanted and what we liked and where we wanted to be. So because of this we decided to switch agents and said if anyone can sell our house it would be Catherine. Sam came on took some new fresh pictures and advised us to reduce the price. With Sam's wealth of knowledge and the trust we had in her and CJ Hole we took her advice and got the property on the market. Within 2 days Catherine had worked her magic and sold the house for a price we could afford to accept close to the asking price. We were over the moon and this enabled us to buy our next family home. But it didn't stop there sales progresser Kathy rang me every single week at the time we had agreed and sometimes even more than once a week to keep me up to date with the progress of the sale. She too has been fantastic and without her the sale would not have gone so smoothly. If we ever decide to move again we will not hesitate to call on CJ Hole. This is the 3rd time we have moved and this has been by far the best experience all down to the amazing team at CJ Hole Bradley Stoke. It proves you get what you pay for and they have earned every penny of their fee. Peter Reid

They are professional, very experienced and genuinely very friendly people who make you feel very at ease and confident that you are receiving the best service. The flat was immaculate and even when I moved in, I didn't have to clean a thing, it was spotless. I would like to thank Claire, Karen, George and the rest of the team for all their help.

GoogleWe have been looking for a new home in Bristol for one year. In that time we have seen more than 70 properties with many agencies. The understanding of our needs was highest with CJ Hole by a long margin. We had only pleasant experiences here even though we were very picky and rejected many properties on the way for various reasons. Many other agencies tried pushing us into choosing what they had on offer rather than trying to understand what we needed.

GoogleMyself and a family member purchased an investment property through this branch at the end of last year. Negotiators Julian and Steph were brilliant! So helpful in answering our many questions and accommodating viewings and visits. We then instructed the Lettings team to manage the property. We have had two sets of lovely tenants with excellent rental income. The property has only been vacant for 3 days in total since we completed! Claire takes a really enthusiastic approach to the marketing and finding tenants. Holly and Karen take care of all the legal paperwork and Laura has handled the management of the property taking all the stress away from us. They are a fantastic team and I am constantly recommending them to others.

GoogleWe have been working with Catherine who has been professional, approachable and able to provide a highly personal service. Communication has been amazing and nothing has felt like a hassle. Catherine has listened to our needs and has given us a lot of her time for which we are extremely grateful. We cannot thank her enough as this move is enabling us to make lifelong changes for our family. We have had lots of questions and always received a response promptly. The communication between all members of CJ Hole at Bradley Stoke has kept us informed at each stage of our move. We feel that Catherine has developed a personal, professional relationship with us because of her positive, warm nature and ability to listen. The move is still in progress but we are so excited about our new house and cannot wait to make it a home. This wouldn't be possible without Catherine for which we are eternally grateful. We are already recommending CJ Hole and look forward to completing our house sale with them.

In which time we received constant property updates George Lowe. On viewings, both George and Claire Price where very helpful and informative. Completing the move-in process was breeze with Holly Edwards at the at the helm. If you’re looking to rent in Bradley Stoke or the surrounding area I highly recommend using CJ Hole!

GoogleCJ Hole provided my girlfriend and I with an excellent service, with fees that were much less expensive than all of the other local estate agencies for letting. This was the first house I had rented and the member of staff we dealt with, Claire, made this a very easy and enjoyable experience. The house is excellent and well priced, CJ Hole are very quick to respond to emails and available by phone in the event of an emergency. Would definitely recommend and use again.

GoogleWe bought our new build house through CJ Hole Bishopston. When it came to sell it seemed the sensible thing to use them as they knew the history of the development and the house. They were enthusiastic, helpful and hard working from the start and found a suitable buyer for us within a week. Our chain had quite a few delays but they kept us informed all the time. Commitment was great, communication was great, service was great, and they were a great team to work with too.

Everyone we dealt with was very professional and helpful. Kim Hopgood worked very hard to progress the sale of our property and was very understanding of my elderly relative's needs and concerns. She also went the extra mile to persuade our buyers to move more quickly to push the sale through and dealt with their less than brilliant solicitor. At all times we felt that she was working hard for us and was keen to support us.
