Google2014 Had the pleasure of dealing with CJ Hole's Bishopston Lettings, specifically Sharon. My experience of service received from (London-based) Lettings Agents historically has ranged from very poor to not bad, but the service received so far from CJ Hole has been nothing short of excellent. Sharon's knowledge of the prevailing legislation relating to Lettings is comprehensive and impressive, and she clearly understands that the role of a good Lettings Agent involves actively marketing the property to prospective tenants, as opposed to playing the role of glorified key-holder. I fully expect to CJ Hole to let my property, and look forward to a long-term business relationship. 2015 - Received excellent service from Amy with regards to the purchase of a house. Both party's conveyancers involved in the buying/selling process were inept, and Amy's assistance ensured that the purchase of the property remained on track.

GoogleI am writing this review to praise Charlotte for her kind and caring attitude in addition to her professionalism. Although finding a flat to rent in Bristol is not a pleasant experience in general, her approach has been very helpful to improve the experience. I have also had a brief encounter with a couple of her colleagues at CJ hole Bishopston and they have all been nice and helpful.

GoogleI've not rented a property before, so I was not sure what to expect. I am so glad that I used C J Hole. They are professional, very experienced and genuinely very friendly people who make you feel very at ease and confident that you are receiving the best service. The flat was immaculate and even when I moved in, I didn't have to clean a thing, it was spotless. I would like to thank Claire, Karen, George and the rest of the team for all their help.

GoogleWe have been working with Catherine who has been professional, approachable and able to provide a highly personal service. Communication has been amazing and nothing has felt like a hassle. Catherine has listened to our needs and has given us a lot of her time for which we are extremely grateful. We cannot thank her enough as this move is enabling us to make lifelong changes for our family. We have had lots of questions and always received a response promptly. The communication between all members of CJ Hole at Bradley Stoke has kept us informed at each stage of our move. We feel that Catherine has developed a personal, professional relationship with us because of her positive, warm nature and ability to listen. The move is still in progress but we are so excited about our new house and cannot wait to make it a home. This wouldn't be possible without Catherine for which we are eternally grateful. We are already recommending CJ Hole and look forward to completing our house sale with them.

GoogleMyself and two friends are coming to the end of the administration process for one of your properties and are very much looking forward to moving into the property next week and I have to say that two of your employees have very much made this process really great. Mica Forrest initially showed us around the property and she was very friendly, knowledgable and we found her to be very approachable in a way which we felt we could email her any questions we had (even our silly ones). Our application was then handed over to Isabella Caci Marla which again helped make this process easy for us to follow. This is our first experience in applying for a rental property and Izzy absolutely made it so easy for us to under stand and was also very friendly over the phone and quick to reply to our emails and questions. I really wanted to pass this message onto someone in management of CJ Hole as I have felt very looked after and I never knew that this whole process could be so stress-free and enjoyable. I also wanted to make their fantastic efforts known to you and I hope that this is the right place to do it. Thanks!

GoogleI have been using C J Hole Bishopstons management service for my flat for the past year and a half, and have been nothing but impressed with their process. The property management team, and Emily Baker in particular, have been really helpful and quick to resolve any issues which arise in particular with her dealing with the deposit stage.

GoogleI found all the staff at CJ Hole Bishopston to be friendly, polite and helpful. In a somewhat frustrating purchase (due to legal reasons, nothing to do with the agent!), they were always responsive and efficient, dealing with the issues promptly and with real professionalism. From the moment I made the initial offer they acted with complete integrity. Special commendation should go to Joe for his steadfast patience, courtesy, tact and professional demeanour in dealing with the whole settlement process. Based on my experience, if I were to sell the property (god forbid!!) I would definitely use this agency to act for me - and that's about the highest recommendation one can give. Thanks.

Their staff have a good flexibility in arranging viewings, great knowledge base about the local area and amenities as well as helping to identify properties suited to our taste and budget. GoogleCJ Hole destroyed my spirit to such an extent that I barely have enough left to write this review. Here are some of my favourites, or at least as many as I'm able to write before the last of my remaining, withered soul has drained away... - They straight up lied to us, several times. - There is literally no communication between the staff members. - We had to ask/remind/hassle them repeatedly for just about everything, unless it involved us giving them money (then they were unsurprisingly efficient). - They missed appointments without giving notice - The ceiling in our house was literally, actually, falling down and they did nothing. - The person you need to speak to? Oh sorry no, they're not available. - Hidden charges. - Deceptive contracts. - Unhelpful. - Rude. - Can't count. - Pretty sure one of them was wearing his dads suit. - Shouty woman upstairs - Spotty

GoogleRented through the Southville branch of CJ Hole recently Jamie and Chris made the process as easy as possible, they were able to arrange viewings later than any other agent was willing or offering to do. During the referencing process all of the lettings team were happy to help us with any qeuries, when we moved to the property it was clean and tidy, i personally would highly recommend anyone looking to rent in the Southville area to contact this agent.

GoogleI attempted to rent a property through Cj Hole Southville approximately 18 months ago. Never again. Full of unprofessional youngsters who have no real experience of letting properties and only have a job because of the housing crisis in Bristol. Any idiot can show somebody a flat and these ones struggle with that. They can afford to be flippant, miss appointments, charge crazy fees and generally not give a f*** because of the state of the market. Also as an added bonus they flood my home with flyers telling me to use them!!!!!!!! I tried on three occasions to view a flat with them, leaving work early on one occasion and none of the times did I gain access through their combined incompetence. Have recently used the CJ Hole in Bishopston and they were a very much different experience and I write this review so others may see that not all of the CJ Hole agents in Bristol operate in the same manner. I also believe this was the CJ Hole branch who sent multiple letters to their landlords telling them to increase their rent...... Lovely practice

Having bought the house through C J Hole and having had such a successful experience we decided to go directly to them to sell the house again. We were also attracted to C J Hole as the majority of the properties we were interested in buying were listed by them and the thought of selling and buying through the same agent was very appealing. Luckily this is exactly what happened. George did an excellent job on both our sale and purchase. He always kept us up to date on how things were progressing and helped us with negotiations. Another positive to C J Hole's services is their Sales Progressor, Kim. She is a great help through what can be a stressful part of the process the exchange and completion. I would highly recommend the C J Hole team, all members of staff are professional, polite and go out of their way to help.
