GoogleWe bought our house using CJ Hole's Southville team ten years ago, and have just sold it with them too. Throughout our entire relationship with the Southville team they have been nothing short of excellent - consummately professional, excellent timekeepers - even when just valuing the property over the years - and the sales process was made completely pain free by James, Sam, Olly and the whole team. Special mention must go to Laura who took such brilliant photos of our property and was polite, courteous and knowledgeable throughout the process. In short - great service from a polite, well mannered, happy TEAM of people. Thank you all so much!

GoogleCompletely shocking customer service. Me and my girlfriend viewed one of their properties and were told we would meet the landlord to submit an application to live there. Promised a phone call everyday for 5 days, didn't get one Phone call. Rang today and been told the property has been already been gone!!!!!. Me and my girlfriend taken time off work and lost money and not to even get a phone call. Avoid this place at all costs!

GoogleHaving sold our flat in Cheltenham with CJ Hole, I can highly recommend them. They almost always gave us 24 hrs notice on viewings, and there was excellent feedback from Jackie. GoogleWell what can I say, if it wasn't for the persistence of Jordan and Mathew at CJ hole I am sure the sale would have fallen through. A long haul at no fault of CJ Hole but through misleading information from other agents and the painfully slow progress from solicitors was finally pulled together with force by Jordan and Mathew. I can't thank them enough for the hard work and persistence they have put into the sale of my property .

GoogleExcellent service and support received from CJ hole with Ed Creswick. We have worked closely with them this year as they chose us as their charity of the year, Somerset Breast Cancer Now. From selling cream teas, to sky dives and so much more the personal support received has been overwhelming. Not to mention that I know many local people have chosen to use CJ Hole on the back of knowing they are buying or selling a house that has chosen to support our local charity. Highly recommend this helpful, kind and professional team.
