GoogleAs a first time buyer I don't have any perspective, but I found my experience with CJ Hole very nice. The communication with them was brilliant and they were very accomodating when we wanted to do viewings. Special thanks to Ethan for initially showing us around the property who was super lovely. And also thank you to Minnie and Jess for progressing our sale and being so quick to answer any queries. Just wish our solicitor was as smooth as our estate agent!

GoogleIt was a seamless viewing and application experience with CJ Hole. Carmelo in particular was very professional, approachable, and helpful throughout the viewing process. Despite it being a mass viewing, he took the time to answer everyone’s questions clearly and patiently, which made the experience feel organised and reassuring. He communicated promptly, explained the next steps well, and made the whole process smooth from viewing to application. It was a pleasure dealing with him, and we really appreciated his support.

GoogleWe had a very disappointing experience with CJ Hole. We began the process of purchasing a property through them, but due to poor communication and misleading information regarding the status of the sale, we ultimately lost over three months and incurred over £1,500 in costs. The situation was extremely stressful, the after-sales team was difficult to reach, and we received little to no communication from senior management despite raising our concerns. I'd never recommend using this estate agency to anyone!!!

GoogleRented a property at the end of 2025. The team at Southville were incredibly helpful and efficient with the process. We are very happy with our flat and our property manager Will has been fantastic at sorting maintenance within the property. Would definitely recommend C J Hole to prospective renters.

GoogleCJ Hole were really supportive through the whole process, we felt in great hands with George. Having a dedicated sales handler in Lorraine was really effective in getting to completion. Our photos and the Instagram film were brilliant leading to a quick sale.
