GoogleOli has been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process of setting up my rental. As someone completely new to this, I had lots of questions, and Oli was always patient, clear, and incredibly supportive from start to finish. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I felt really well guided and reassured at every step. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, highly recommend!

GoogleWe have been very happy with the service provided by C J Hole since they started managing our flat in Cheltenham. Communication is good, and Sigita and all the other member of the team are very helpful and friendly to deal with. They are also good at keeping us up to date with Landlord and Tenant law and other matters.

We had a very disappointing experience with CJ Hole. We began the process of purchasing a property through them, but due to poor communication and misleading information regarding the status of the sale, we ultimately lost over three months and incurred over £1,500 in costs. The situation was extremely stressful, the after-sales team was difficult to reach, and we received little to no communication from senior management despite raising our concerns. I'd never recommend using this estate agency to anyone!!!

The entire process was fuss free and they sold our house - which was a five bedroom house with annexe - very quickly and the entire team were always so helpful. Thank you all so very much. GoogleCarmelo is THE ONE!! I did an online viewing so never got to interact with him in person but his presence over email and the telephone was amazing!! Also shoutout William, the G.O.A.T! He helped out so much with the rental process and was quick to respond to emails, even better whilst on call. William really did his thing for us, no question was too silly for him. Perfect people for two girls renting for the first time outside of university housing, they made us both feel at ease. Thank you both so much!

GoogleWe have been renting through CJ Hole for just over a year and they have been very helpful throughout. Susan is very quick to sort any issues out regarding maintenance and got our oven replaced within 18 hours of it breaking. Cannot fault her service and help at all. Thank you Susan!
