GoogleWe recently had a viewing with the agent FA from sales. We were allowed ample time inside to thouroughly view the property, which was a nice surprise. The agent was friendly and had done her homework, providing the information we needed. Great display of professionalism, on par with MF from property management.

GoogleI have no hesistation in recommending the entire CJ Hole team who have all been friendly, courteous and very professional throughout the process of finding a rental property during what was a difficult time. In fact I was so impressed with the service CJ Hole provided that what was initially a temporary rental has evolved into a more permanent arrangement and here I am, still a happy and very satisfied client, nearly three years later! Special mention goes to Shelly Lewis who manages everything property-wise for me in her ever enthusiastic, efficient and professional manner. Keep up the good work...and congratulations!

GoogleThe initial valuation of the property I was selling was probably far too high, so the price had to be reduced a couple of times to get a sale. Apart from that, the whole team of sales negotiators and the sales progressor at CJ Hole were outstanding and very helpful with good guidance along the way. The sale hit a few bumps through no fault of CJ Hole but the team, particularly Clare helped me along the way and was fantastic.
