GoogleRecently sold my mums house with CJ Hole - when Dan came to value the property he was very knowledgable and professional and gave me confidence in their ability to sell the property. When viewings took place I received regular feedback and if there were no viewings I still received a weekly call to check in. After the property was sold Lorraine took over the sell and if it wasn’t for her it would not have completed before Christmas. She worked tirelessly with the other solicitor in the chain to get it over the line. I would definitely recommend this Estate Agents.

GoogleI had a fantastic experience dealing with Minnie at CJ Hole during a bridging loan purchase for one of our clients, there was a lot of delays caused by third parties but Minnie was so patient and went above and beyond to help us with this case. GoogleMADE AN ELDERLY LADY SLEEP ON THE FLOOR OF HER HOUSE! Tim was extremely rude and unhelpful to the point of nearly breaking the chain!! He could not be bothered to try and manage a very simple task of helping customers move their belongings out of the house so the new owners (an elderly lady with her dogs) could move in. Instead, he forced her (the elderly lady) to move her items into storage (added expense) AND sleep on the floor of her old house (after having a hip operation that year!!) because she couldnt find a dog friendly hotel in time!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with him and how he treated my mother!

Unfortunately, things are not quite as clear cut as this, as an estate agent, we are often the middleman, but there are many factors that can cause an issue in the property conveyancing process, as well as logistical issues for all parties, the majority of which are completely out of our control.

GoogleWe sold our property at Westleigh Park through CJ Hole Estate Agents, and overall the experience ended on a very positive note. The sale took quite a long time, partly due to the condition of the house, as it had been let out for many years and had become run down, although it was still a lovely home with great potential. Initially, I did struggle a little with communication and consistency, as it often felt like a different person was involved each time there was a viewing. However, once Minnie became more involved, the experience changed completely. Minnie was absolutely superb throughout the process. She kept in regular contact, kept me fully informed at all times, and was proactive in pushing things forward when needed. Her communication, professionalism, and persistence were genuinely what kept me progressing with the sale. Jess was also helpful whenever needed, and together they made sure everything stayed on track. Selling a property can be stressful, especially when it takes longer than expected, but Minnie’s support made a huge difference. For that alone, she deserves real praise. Thank you to the team at CJ Hole, and especially Minnie, for seeing the sale through to completion.

GoogleHad a really good experience during house purchase with CJ Hole, Brislington. Original viewing was with Dan Goverd, who although it was a last minute viewing, was friendly, professional and tried to find out as much info as possible to answer all my questions on the day. Sales progression was mainly with Minnie Challoner (who also conducted a very friendly and patient extensive second viewing) and Jessica Warne, who both answered queries and emails promptly, and kept me updated as to what was going on in a friendly and professional manner. Really happy with the process as a first time buyer. The new buyer's treats on completion day were also an unexpected sweet touch.

GoogleI would like to thank the staff at CJHole Hucclecote branch for their professionalism and incredible patience during the selling of my property. From the very beginning, they have been extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Tim valued the property sensibly and this really helped with viewings. I loved the use of the 360 degree camera to show off my property to its full potential. Sadly, I had a very long winded journey from first putting my house on the market to actual completion. Each member of staff were really helpful and answered my frequent questions. They gave me sound advice during every step of the process. I can not thank them enough. I highly recommend them.
