GoogleI highly recommend the team at C J Hole. They sold our property very quickly, after we lost three previous sales with another estate agent due to the house being a Laing Easiform construction. Rob, who is one of the nicest estate agents you could meet, organised great photos, with an honest, yet excellent, description. This was no mean feat given this was an empty house, following a bereavement, that also had very dated decor and fittings, and in the last few years very little maintenance. Clare who took over the sales process was awesome, talking me off the ledge more than once when we appeared to have one delay after another, on what had originally appeared to be a straightforward chain free sale. Everyone at C J Hole is courteous and responds promptly to any queries or concerns. I cannot recommend this team enough. If I was selling or buying a property in Bristol then this is the team I would use. Thank you, you are all amazing.

GoogleI am nearing the third tenancy renewal with CJ Hole and I am very happy with their services. Hema has been very helpful with renewals. Sara also provides excellent service in maintaining the property which needed quite a few repairs.

GoogleSophia was not only punctual and welcoming; she is also one of the most knowledgeable estate agents we've encountered. More often than not, we've been accompanied to viewings by professionals who have been unable to answer quite basic questions about probably the most momentous purchase anyone undertakes. Sophia was able to answer pretty much every question we had and was willing to look any areas about which she was unsure. Exceptional!

GoogleWe found our experience buying a house with CJ Hole to be good overall. Sophia in particular was very diligent, responsive and accommodating throughout the process. She kept things moving and was always helpful when we had questions or needed access to the property.

GoogleFrom the initial consultation with Emily, I felt that the sale was in safe hands . Other other estate agents who came to view the flat seemed to be more promoting their own agenda. But CJ Hole felt more focused on helping me navigate the process of sale. They also found a buyer within weeks and at a fair price given the difficult market at present. We are now at completion after 2 months. All the supporting staff have also been very good at communicating and assisting with the twists and turns of sales. Highly recommended. Anthony Harrison

Confident, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, knows his facts, not pushy and made me feel at ease when making the largest financial decision of my life to date. Deserves a bonus/promotion. Hoping to see him at future viewings, should I not purchase a property he’s helped me view. He was able to answer all my questions about the 2 properties we viewed today, no matter how niche and communication was impeccable, honest and calming throughout. Very impressed.

GoogleLiam has really made the process working with CJ Hole an excellent one. From the first viewing he was clearly very familiar with his client, the vendor, and the flat itself, demonstrating lots of relevant knowledge and efficiently following up on questions if he didn't have the answers to hand. He's been really responsive, friendly and helpful throughout the process so far, even staying late one night to iron out the final details of the sale for me, and I've really appreciated his hard work and professionalism.
