I've been letting with CJ Hole Hucclecote for the past 2 years and it's the best experience I've had with a letting agent. The team, led by Shelly Lewis, are incredibly attentive, personable and always quick to communicate should I have any issues. I can strongly recommend CJHole, Downend. Due to the state of the market it took an extended period of time to sell my proprty. However, throughout the whole time David Whitmee and his team acted with great professionalism, friendly, courteous and realistic! Once the sale had been agreed Julie Davis took over the process as my Sales Progressor. I was sceptical about the role but within our first phone I realised I was wrong. Julie is a force of nature and drove the sale forward despite the procrastination of some of the parties involved. Overall, a strong professional team - they have my gratitude and my thanks!

I highly recommend the team at C J Hole. They sold our property very quickly, after we lost three previous sales with another estate agent due to the house being a Laing Easiform construction. Rob, who is one of the nicest estate agents you could meet, organised great photos, with an honest, yet excellent, description. This was no mean feat given this was an empty house, following a bereavement, that also had very dated decor and fittings, and in the last few years very little maintenance. Clare who took over the sales process was awesome, talking me off the ledge more than once when we appeared to have one delay after another, on what had originally appeared to be a straightforward chain free sale. Everyone at C J Hole is courteous and responds promptly to any queries or concerns. I cannot recommend this team enough. If I was selling or buying a property in Bristol then this is the team I would use. Thank you, you are all amazing.
