GoogleThey were okay until I couldn't get hold of them on the day I was supposed to collect my keys so had to make alternative arrangements to find somewhere to stay that night. I then went to this office the next day to collect my keys and it turned out they had lost the front door key. They got a locksmith to gain entry but the real cherry on top of the whole experience of dealing with CJ Hole was them then refusing to pay for the lock to be replaced.... 10/10 would NOT recommend.

In recent years, Katie and Marisha have both been great. They made it so easy to live in the flat knowing that if ever assistance was required, it would be there.

GoogleFantastic service from CJ Hole- The team at Kingswood are 10/10 both with knowledge and personality- From the moment they came to do the valuation we knew the right choice had been made and we wouldn't be looking elsewhere. We are a long way from the end of the process, but I feel comfortable knowing I have a great agency to guide along the way and push it all forward. EDIT 22/03- The sale has now completed and my initial feelings of CJ hole remain completely accurate- Kerry is an absolute asset to the team and was invaluable in helping keep the process moving, going as far as offering advice on our onwards purchase which was causing a few hold ups (not purchased through CJ hole). Our overall process start to end was under 4 months and this absolutely wouldn't have been possible without Kerry and the rest of the CJ hole team working as hard as they did. Thank you all!

St Stephen’s House. Gas, hot water and heating went out on 10th March 2026. Hot water reinstated on 11th March. Gas heating reinstated 17th March. Gas stove is still dead as of 17th March. Week w/o heating, week plus w/o cooking. Or, rather using electricity instead of gas, which is ca. 4-5 times more expensive. All are included in rent, so lodger is inconvenienced and landlord is paying the cost differential. This is not an old building, and it’s 2026. Keep in mind before you rent. Or let.

GoogleAvoid CJ Hole Clifton & Premium Abodes! I was given l a property with multiple Category 1 Hazards, including a broken front door lock, (zero security), and a structurally failing ceiling with visible damp and a strong mould smell. I would upload the shocking photos but Google keeps blocking it. As the property is uninhabitable I am now legally homeless and I have received literally no help from this agency as they state " they don't manage the property." They will not acknowledge their agents lied to me about supposed improvements which were due to be made prior to me moving in, and they wont acknowledge the fact they have knowingly rented a property in this condition. While an agent named Harry was compassionate, the rest of the team has been appalling. Lucy Jones has avoided most of my call by "being in meetings" and never calling me back, and the manager, Tracey, has refused to speak to me despite the urgency of the situation. They have ignored a formal Right to Unwind under Consumer Law and have basically allowed me to have a breakdown over my housing situation whilst constantly passing the buck to other agents and the landlord. If you want an agent that actually communicates and follows health and safety laws, go elsewhere. This office would rather hide behind desks than acknowledge mistakes and legal failings which made me homeless.
