GoogleAs a landlord I've been very happy with the service I've received from CJ Hole over the last 12-months. They've always been prompt to address any issues or enquiries I or my tenants have, and if the services of an outside contractor is required they are able to quickly source a professional company. CJ Hole recently helped me upgrade my property and sourced new tenants. This they did in a very effective and efficient manner, getting various quotes in a timely manner. I've been helped by several of the team at CJ Hole including Sarah, Charlotte, Jessica, Wesley, Jacqui and Justin and they've all been excellent. Overall I'm delighted with their service and can recommend them to any landlord looking for an agent in the Cheltenham area.

From our first meeting with George he enabled the sale with helpful professional advice while also listening to us and taking our personal circumstances into consideration. There were inevitable glitches, for example when the property we were buying suddenly became liable for probate and later when we needed to find a mutually acceptable completion date George stepped in and enabled the process.
