Made sure our move went through as smoothly as possible. We had some problems with the seller delaying etc but our agent really helped to put the pressure on and got the sale though just before the lockdown which was a huge relief. 100% would recommend and will definitely be using them again.

We received excellent service from both Simon Mallet and also Jessica. The sale was a bit drawn out but C. J Hole did their very best to get the sale through as quickly as possible and kept us informed along every step of the way. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fab service! We had some difficulties along the way with the seller delaying the process but the team at CJ Hole really helped get the move completed and we couldn’t have done it without them. Thanks to them we managed to get the keys before the lockdown which meant we have had plenty to occupy us. Also due to us being first time buyers we had so many questions and any little concern or chasing email they responded swiftly and put our minds to ease straight away! 5* service and if we ever want to move on they will be the first ones we contact! Thank you!! Stay safe.

The staff are not helpful, they will give you false information about property. They took my holding deposit because homelet wasted time. They are horrible please avoid renting home through them. I now found a property from openrent.

GoogleAwful estate agent. First phone contact was with an unhelpful woman who said I couldn't view a specific property for the next 8 days because they were too busy! She gave me an appointment and when I turned up there was no-one there. I later phoned the office and a feeble sounding woman did not bother to apologize and couldn't find my booking on the computer. Utterly dreadful service

we have just used CJ HOLE to sell our house in Westbury-on-trym. out out 4 different Estate Agents they got more viewers through the door and sold quickly. The after Sales care was second to none! sales progression Manager KIM RICHARDS went 'above and beyond' to ensure a smooth move in difficult times. Kim chased Solicitors continuously to meet our move in date. Thoroughly recommend CJHOLE and especially Kim thanks Kim.

GooglePleasant experience when buying our first home through CJ Hole. Donna was very pleasant and approachable in the process of buying our first home. She quickly responded to any queries that we had and a he was more than happy to complete several viewings with us, after putting in our offer and having this accepted. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property and did not hesitate to contact the seller with any questions that we had. We had some contact with other members of the CJ Hole team who weren’t as professional, but we would not like this to reflect on the service we received from Donna.

GoogleWe were first time buyers so we didn't really have a clue what we were doing! Donna and Adam could not have been more helpful - they were both super patient with all our questions and informative with their answers. They were quick to get back to us whenever we made contact either by phone or email and they were happy to go the extra mile when we asked for their help on two separate occasions to resolve issues relating firstly to a building survey and the second time concerning locks and contents insurance. We would 100% recommend them.

GoogleI had previously built up a good rapport with Nick and he knew exactly what I was looking for in a property. I had originally enquired about a complete different property, but as Nick knew what I was looking for, he introduced me to a different property. It was a little out of my price range and was slightly sceptical to view with this in mind. On my first viewing I knew I had to have the property. Nick worked as a great mediator between myself and the vendor. He was open, honest and transparent with managing my expectations. When my offer was accepted, Nick was always on hand to help me, whether this was for general advice or to chase up solicitors and paperwork. I literally could not have asked for any more from Nick, he was an absolute godsend! Words cannot express how grateful I am to Nick for finding me my first property and for a very easy and smooth purchase - something I understand to be quite stressful! Thank you again Nick!
