GoogleDonna, Adam, Matt and Jeni were very helpful last year when I purchased my flat. From negotiating my offer to the seller, to further liaison between both parties later down the line, the team were efficient, friendly and easy to contact. I felt as though they helped to move everything forward quickly and assisted with my family and I being in the flat just before Christmas, which was what I had been aiming for. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move within the local area.

GoogleWe purchased our house through CJ Hole Downend. From the viewing right through to the completion date they were amazing. At the Viewing, Alex never rushed us round, he gave us around half an hour to look around, was prepared with all the answers to questions before we even asked them. I have never experienced this with an agent before, it was a pleasant change. We had an awkward time selling our house, but people like Dianne and Lucy worked so hard to find out what was going on, and keep us updated (even though we should have found out these things from other people!). All round great experience purchasing a house through these guys.

GoogleWe purchased our property through CJ Hole (Downend Branch) and they were unprecedented in their professionalism, support, customer service, going above and beyond and also their after sales care. All incredibly friendly and polite with zero pressure at any time. They also went beyond when I got stressed with the house being completed by a certain time. They were excellent and just carried on and ensured we moved bang on time. Molly-May was amazing and when we needed to visit the property be it for measuring or just to go back she always offered and did it with such passion and pride. They are a great branch and I would say if you get to see a house through them then you are in perfect hands. Thank you all for being so triumphant.

We researched the local estate agents thoroughly and had a number of valuations prior to making the decision to use CJ Hole. From the start George and his team listened to us, made sure the whole team knew all the finer details regarding the property, and were friendly and professional throughout. I rented my home in Bristol nearly a year ago as I was moving in with my partner. George spent time explaining the service during an initial visit and didn't pressure me as I took my time deciding what to do over a few weeks (e.g. which agent, which service, etc). The photos and write up for marketing are so important as people browse online, and I was really impressed with the quality of these done by George. In less than a week of marketing CJ Hole had found great tenants who continue to rent the property - rent is paid on time and the tenants keep the house immaculately. I organised my own inventory and gas safety certificate so can't comment on these services. If I ever needed to find new tenants in the future I wouldn't hesitate to use CJ Hole in Bradley Stoke again.

GoogleExtremely pleased to have instructed CJ Hole Downend. David, Andy, Alex and Dianne where all very professional throughout the whole process. David was the first team member I met, he impressed me immediately, he was polite, knowledgable, calm and without any "slick rick" sales patter. I don't like pressure selling and this certainly wasn't the way with David, he talked through his valuation, fees and what he could offer to the sale (I met 3 agents, he was by far the best). They sold the house relatively quickly and the transaction was smooth, they met all my expectations and I was proud to have a CJ Hole for sale sign outside the house. Alex and David always communicated diarised viewings and always arrived early to ensure the viewing went smoothly, we always left them to it so people could wander around the house with plenty of time and no pressure. The viewing process was no problem with CJ Hole Downend. Dianne was really key to ensuring the chain stayed on track after the offer was accepted, this is something that shouldn't be underestimated when buying/selling houses. She was a real star. Andy (Sales Manager) should be proud of his team. Thanks to all of them again and I would have no hesitation to recommend them.

GoogleWe recently sold our first house through CJ Hole, somehow this wonderful team managed to make a typically stressful situation a lot easier! The agents were friendly, helpful and approachable and obviously did a fantastic job finding us the right buyer! We have got to make a special mention to the after sales team, especially Lucy, when having problems with our solicitors, Lucy was absolutely fantastic and went that extra mile to ensure exchange was done.
