GoogleThe whole team at CJ Hole have been brilliant, very professional and supported us through a difficult period. Due to our situation, they managed all our viewing and took care of all the liaising with our new buyer and were very helpful in putting us in the right direction over several areas we needed to sort out, such as clearing the house. They made the whole process of selling the house straight forward and I am very happy to recommend them. Jenni was our lead contact throughout and full of good ideas and a pleasure to work with. GoogleWe cannot thank CJ Hole enough for all the advice and support they gave us with our move. After struggling to sell our gorgeous apartment with another estate agent, we met Debbie and the team while viewing a house. Her kindness, support, and honesty was something we immediately warmed too and asked her if she would mind helping to sell the property. Debbie kept us completely in the loop with how the sale and viewings were going and within three months, we had sold!!! From start to finish CJ Hole have been fantastic and most of all, understanding :) We cannot recommend this branch and Debbie enough.

GoogleDecember 2019: Excellent service from Ben. Handled our viewings, offers and negotiations professionally and efficiently. Ben is an excellent communicator, who always made us feel comfortable and able to ask questions. We've been thoroughly impressed with CJHole and will use them again in the future - and recommend everyone else does too! An update 4 months on, and at a point where we have moved into our new home! Many thanks to NICOLA and SAM in the progressions team, who worked tirelessly to make sure that our completion went through. I really couldn't be happier with or more grateful to CJHole. They have all been professional, kind and courteous, excellent communicators, and they have managed to ensure a sale went through during the most trying of times. Thank you, all!

GoogleI recently purchased my new home through CJ Hole, whilst an unconventional time to move home we all managed to make this work safely. I found all the staff that I dealt with from beginning to end really helpful and friendly, always responded to calls/emails promptly and made the home buying journey pretty smooth. As we approached exchange/completion they took the active role of interacting with solicitors and my selling agents which helped ensure we were all joined up and saved me time as I was working. Whilst I won’t be moving now for hopefully a long time I’d definitely recommend you to friends & family! Thank you!
