GoogleWe recently sold our home through the newly established CJ Hole Clifton as my family have used the Westbury and Henleaze branches with great satisfaction. I'm delighted to say that their Clifton branch were just as great. We moved at a busy time (with a baby on the way) and we felt that all the staff were willing to go that bit further to make us feel comfortable and reassured with all that was going on. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks to you all!

GoogleI’ve been using CJ Hole Bishopston to manage my rental property since 2010 and never had an issue. Since I lived out of the city I was always kept informed of anything that required my attention. So when it came to selling this property, CJ Hole Westbury-on-Trym were the logical choice. During this process, which was arduous due to solicitors and management companies etc, staff at the Westbury branch were tenacious in the pursuit of progress which I greatly appreciated. Kim Richards in particular kept me regularly informed throughout and was a big help right up until the end. I can highly recommend CJ Hole having experienced both sales and rental. GoogleDonna, Adam, Matt and Jeni were very helpful last year when I purchased my flat. From negotiating my offer to the seller, to further liaison between both parties later down the line, the team were efficient, friendly and easy to contact. I felt as though they helped to move everything forward quickly and assisted with my family and I being in the flat just before Christmas, which was what I had been aiming for. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move within the local area.

We researched the local estate agents thoroughly and had a number of valuations prior to making the decision to use CJ Hole. From the start George and his team listened to us, made sure the whole team knew all the finer details regarding the property, and were friendly and professional throughout. We trusted them with help during the negotiation process and they didn't disappoint. Kim was fantastic in communicating between solicitors and buyers and kept us updated throughout the entire process. GoogleAt the outset I selected C J Hole as, whilst the fee was higher than competitors, I believed I'd obtain a more effective and higher quality service - this has certainly played out. Two staff, that I regularly engaged with, have been excellent: 1. Jacqui from the start has been professional, courteous and responsive. 2. Jenni has been an absolute star - her tenacity, drive, commitment, determination and, again, professionalism stood out. I am in no doubt we would have not completed in this timescale if it was not for Jenni!

GoogleI have been contracting as a Locksmith for CJ Hole for the last 2 years and have always found them to be fast, reliable and up front with any issues that they have needed me for. Landlords and tenants alike require access and security from their rental property and CJ Hole have always made this of paramount importance, which is evidenced in how quickly they get in touch whenever there is an issue with one of their properties. As someone who has rented in the past, I can appreciate what a fantastic job they do, and my interactions with Cherelle and Scott are always a pleasure.
