GoogleI recently went into the new Whiteladies road office where the whole team were very helpful and attentive. Jake showed me round a few flats and was very good at taking note of what iI wanted when suggesting future properties to view. I would highly recommend using their services.

GoogleI have been renting a property through Cj Holes for 10 months now, and I'm happy to report that all has been a very positive experience so far. The ladies in the Hucclecote office are always helpful and very friendly, and also prompt with any queries I have regarding the property I am renting. All in all, happy with the service I have been receiving.

CJ Hole have been absolutely brilliant whilst I've been searching for a flat. I was struggling to find somewhere to rent, especially moving to a completely different city quite far away and the Agents have been so helpful and supportive along the way. Everything was explained clearly and Cherelle Louth was really helpful and approachable and answered all my questions when she did the check in at the flat. Cherelle also took the time to copy me into the emails to thr Electricity and water bill providers and to the council as I was worrying about those and she put my mind to rest. Due to all of your hard work I now have a lovely, cosy flat near my job and close to all the amenities I need! Thank you all so much for your help, I really appreciate it!

Big thanks to all the staff for marketing, and finally selling my property recently. It was a bit of a rocky ride at times, but we persevered and saw it through. Lorraine was a great help to me between acceptance of the offer to finally, after 4 months, exchanging. It was comforting to know she was there for me either on line or by phone.

GoogleThese reviews must surely be fake.Isnt it odd that all the other estate agents in Bristol put together have less than a quarter the number of reviews than this company, AND they are all 5 star? We used them to manage and let our property and they are a total disaster. They give bad advice. They use a whole network of dodgy builders, roofers, electricians, handymen, decorators, Plumber’s, flooring specialists who they probably get huge backhanders from and who massively overcharge to fix things. They couldn’t organise a p@@@ up in a brewery. I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole if you have a choice!

GoogleExcellent service for the past few years. Kayleigh is exceptional. She has great knowledge and is always happy to help and answer any questions I may have. As a landlord it is reassuring to know she is there to help. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and would highly recommend.

Kim in the Sales Progression Team was a huge support, keeping us up to date every step of the way and giving advice on how we could keep things running smoothly. GoogleI had very good experience when buying a property through CJ Hole W-O-T and would particularly commend Joshua McKenzie. While new to the role he was always very quick to respond to queries and would always seek answers to the questions that he did not have immediate knowledge of, leaving nothing unanswered. The whole team was friendly, professional and effective so in all I cannot fault them in any way.
