It is always going to be stressful but the staff went out of their way to reduce the pressure on us and chase things themselves on our behalf. GoogleThe CJ Hole Redfield team were extremely helpful in our first experience of buying a property in Bristol. Specifically Kevin who was our estate agent from the start. He gained a really clear idea of what we were looking for in a property and arranged several viewings for us following this. This included allowing us to be the first to view a property. He went the extra mile throughout when offering to help us with different aspects of the house buying process.

GoogleI have just sold my property through C J Hole, Westbury on Trym, Bristol. It was a long drawn out process after accepting the offer on 25 October 2019. All the staff were exceptionally helpful throughout from Ben who visited me last July to arrange the marketing, Annabel who took the photos, Josh, Luke,and Max who accompanied prospective buyers, ending with Lorraine who saw the sale go through, and Kim who stood in for her right at the end. Well done to you all.

They were most helpful and efficient, kept us well informed and calmly guided us through a potentially stressful process which turned out to be more complicated than had been expected. GoogleThe team at CJ Hole were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Our sale was quite complicated as there was a long chain but we got there in the end and CJH kept on the case all the time and were excellent in keeping me informed.

GoogleFrom the original valuation right through to completion I could not fault them. Marcus Lifton who gave me the feedback on the viewers to Lorraine Banbury who did all the paperwork in the Westbury on Trym office were a tremendous help to me. Lorraine guide me through with kindness and support right through to completion.

GoogleMy partner has been trying to book a viewing for a property to let, but has been consistently messed about by this company. We booked a viewing for a property, but were told that they couldn’t book us in for 2 weeks, despite the property being listed on letting sites such as Right I’ve. We were then told that we would have to share the it with another group also wishing to view it, as the company had not properly allocated time or resources to showing groups around individually. This clearly would cause some tension and isn’t the ideal situation for viewing a property. Then today when we were supposed to go and view it, we realised that we had been booked onto another property instead, one that we had no desire to go and see. My partner called up to enquire about this and was told the property we wanted to see had already been let. This is entirely unacceptable and a petty way to run a business. My partner said that she felt patronised by a lady there she was corresponding with. Definitely do not recommend until the business has some semblance of organisation and trustworthiness, because at the minute it just feels like we were being completely messed about.
