GoogleVery disappointed with service from letting team. Signed the agreement for cjholes letting to take over my house in bradley Stoke on 4th September. Long term tenants in property. Tenancy agreement required renewing 5th November. Details of deposit had to be obtained from another agent and tenant had to come into office. Tenant took a while to respond to email, I had warned them of this and given mobile numbers, plus quite a lot of supportive information. By 18th November no deposit obtained, but tenant turned up, without obtaining an appointment, was told they were far too busy to see him without an appointment and tenancy agreement not ready as deposit not obtained. Tenant eager to pay his rental, texted me saying cjholes couldn’t take rent. He paid me directly. I rang cjholes and after 2 attempts spoke to Karen. She was extremely abrasive and highly defensive, also too busy to speak to tenant or me. This was more than 8 weeks from signing up. I expressed my amazement at this state of affairs. Still no deposit, so no tenancy agreement after 8 weeks. On the Monday I received an email saying that they would be unable to manage my property due to the difficulties they were encountering. This left me in a position of tenants with no contract, tenants not knowing who or how to pay rent and me left high and dry, Having been a landlord of multiple properties for many years, I could not recommend this estate agent to any landlord. I have since gone elsewhere and the new agent couldn’t understand why there was a problem and considered that it was part of their job as letting agents.

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service provided. As you are aware, we had attempted to obtain deposit funds from your previous Agent and there were on-going delays caused by their administration process and more recently they had employed a new manager who wasn’t aware of the situation. Your Tenant attended the branch on Saturday, without an appointment or any prior warning, to sign the new Tenancy Agreement as he was simply passing by. He completely understood the situation and that we would have made him aware had we known he was intending to come into the branch. As you are aware, we legally cannot sign a new Tenancy Agreement stating that we hold deposit funds when we don’t have these monies and cannot be sure when they will arrive. We can certainly understand your frustration with your previous Agent (bad management service, delays in administration etc) and also that your Tenant has historically not been quick to respond, but CJ Hole cannot be held responsible for either of those issues and are not willing to receive the force of that frustration, hence our decision not to proceed further with the management of your property.

GoogleThe Team at CJ Hole Bradley Stoke assisted me well in the purchase of an existing Buy to Let HMO. Though I had a few issues in setting up finance, the sales and progression staff were professional and courteous. The transaction did take a while, mainly due to actions necessary on my part but we got there in the end. The Property Management staff organised the transition of the existing tenants ensuring all compliance paperwork was in place at the transfer point. Thanks for being patient and facilitating it through Team @ CJ Hole.

GoogleI've been renting different properties since 2006 and to be honest, dealing with the letting agencies has always been a bit of a hit and miss. We have been renting through C J Hole since last year and could not be happier with the service that we have received so far. We have been dealing with Cherelle as she is our property manager and we are both really, really happy with how she has handled our queries so far. She is friendly, professional and responsive. I'd recommend C J Hole to anyone who wants a 5 star treatment from a letting agency.

David came and did a valuation reassured any concerns I may of had so I did not call any other company. I had no experience of selling a house but Throughout the whole process they were always there to speak to. There are a great team so I found the process enjoyable .
