I strongly recommend anyone looking to rent in Bristol looks for a different company. I've just come out of a 2 year lease on a flat with CJ Hole and it's been awful. They are terrible at communicating or resolving problems. For example a pipe rusted and broke meaning the downstairs flat was flooded and we had to turn off our water. It took 5 days to be fixed. On ending my tenancy I was charged £336 for "light bulbs and cleaning". When I questioned what that included I was sent the following list: Bedroom 2, mattress cover missing Reception, 5 light bulbs not working Entrance, dust to flooring edges and under furniture Bedroom 1, hand marks to blinds Reception, cleaning of furniture required, crumbs under sofa seats Extractor Hood, Grease residue marks Washing machine, residue to drawers £336 for dust, crumbs and residue in the washing machine draw!! Absolutely awful!

As a buyer I was made to feel

As a buyer I was made to feel stupid and patronized when making my offer with agent even a saying “I know what they will say to that” when I offered 2,500 less than he had been pushing me for. I know as someone who is selling property that you want the agent to keep all buyers happy in the process - if you do want that for your house don't choose CJ Hole Bishopston

"My mother is elderly and..."

My mother is elderly and chose CJ Hole to sell her home as they are a well established and trusted agent in the Henleaze area of Bristol. Every member of the team who helped her were very professional and above all treated her with respect and caring during a difficult time for her, made all the worse by the Covid-19 restrictions. We were kept fully informed at every stage of the sale process and brilliantly guided by the team throughout to achieve a good price for the property and a straight forward 'chain'. Thank you to everyone especially George and Polly.

Extremely supportive

I was extremely impressed with the Westbury team. This was the first time I had sold a property so was anxious throughout. They were highly professional, extremely knowledgeable and very good at what they do. Annabel started the process with me and answered my numerous questions, putting me at ease and advising on how to get the best sale. Lorraine was my sales advisor and she was excellent, very calm and reassuring and dealt with everything that came along with complete professionalism. These two agents stood out for me but I was really impressed with the whole team, who really know their clients. All the people I spoke to along the way knew exactly what property they were dealing with. It is clear there is good teamwork in the Westbury office. I will certainly recommend them to anyone who needs an estate agent.

Would recommend buying a property through CJ Hole. Communication by email, phone was very easy organised and thought out. Organising several viewings with builders, architects even before completing was stress free. Great team and loved the fact we only dealt with 1 or 2 people instead of loads of different people which made the whole process quite smooth and less complicated.
