GoogleLovely agents, would recommend for first time buyers like us, really informative and gave a helping hand every step of the way. Only small problem was they couldn't give us a viewing before we signed the contract, but COVID made it difficult so not entirely their fault. Overall really happy with their service.

GoogleVery happy to be the new owners of a flat Luke and colleagues sold to us this week. Throughout the process, the agents have been responsive, trustworthy and courteous. They've worked as a team to get the deal done. There are always a few bumps in the road but we hardly felt them because Luke used his knowledge and experience to move things on.

GoogleShout out to Josh for his good humour and friendliness at a viewing I had yesterday. He made an annoying situation (which wasn't his fault) much less stressful and rearranged the viewing for later that day which suited me. Thanks Josh.

GoogleMartin has been our favourite estate agent we found in Bristol so far. He is a really nice guy and has made viewing properties fun and personal. He's made an effort to pay attention to our likes and Dislikes from our first viewing, pointed out the differences in the 2nd and 3rd. Its really nice to have the same person taking that time to make everything that little bit more personal. He always looks smart and does his research before turning up to the property. He even took the time to fathom out the garage on the property which was ace.

GoogleNew to Bristol and looking for a place to call home we delved into the madness of house buying here. Dealing with numerous brokers over the past two weeks Martin was a breath of fresh air to us. Professional, courteous and knowledgable he took the time to really try and understand what we were looking for. I cannot recommend dealing with him enough and am only sad that he does not have a house listed that meets our needs.
