GoogleCJ Hole have recently sold a property for us. The quality of the property details, photos and the guidance given to us on pricing enabled us to secure a buyer quickly. Despite the sale occurring during the pandemic they kept us informed on progress and chased up where necessary. They were professional throughout. Thank you.

Googleupon inspection to moving in the staff like Molly have been more than helpful to completing all that needed to be done and answering all we needed to know. I would highly recommend when you need someone to help you do the hard work or even when you need them to do it for you. I have had no issues with them.

GoogleRecently moved into a new flat and CJ Hole couldn’t have been more helpful. Met with Molly to pick up the keys, she was very professional and friendly and was a great contact point for a few things we needed in the first few weeks of moving. Great company with lovely staff.

GoogleMolly and the gang were nothing short of exceptional when it came to finding my new gaff. I was held in the highest regard from the first phone call to handing over the keys. I was told by a number of agents that they wouldn't help me find a place remotely and that it would be impossible to rent a place without being there in person until I spoke to Molly. She was fantastic, showing me videos and getting back to me when I needed answers. As an added bonus they have the best flats in the best areas so not only I got a flat but it was somewhere I actually quite like. I am super happy to recommend CJ Hole to anyone looking to rent or buy anything anywhere.

Staff at CJ Hole were always easy to get hold of and very helpful. Ben dealt with much of my transactions and although there were some teething problems with getting power and gas to the property, he constantly kept me informed on what was happening. He was keen to find answers to all my (many) questions, even if he wasn't sure himself of the answer. When moving home, you want to be kept informed of proceedings and know you can contact staff quickly when needs be. CJ Hole were very efficient in offering good customer service throughout the process. Recommended.
