GoogleThe service we have received from Rafal Lunitz is five stars. Since he took over as our property manager, things have run very smoothly. When he started, he tied up all the loose ends his predecessors started and had fallen to the wayside. Rafal’s customer service skills are exceptional. He is always helpful, responsive and keeps everyone updated. We don’t need to chase up on jobs because he is very much on top of it and follows through. He is knowledgeable and impartial in the advice he gives and is very personable. Having gone through a few disappointing property managers, we found it refreshing to have Rafal, as he is an excellent property manager.

GoogleWe first approached CJ Hole Clifton in Dec 2019 and sold our property just before the pandemic. Unfortunately the deal fell through due to lockdown. We had a few difficult months following that but managed to sell at the end of summer 2020. Despite a very long road to exchange and completion, Marcus and Luke (and the wider team) have been excellent at representing us, chasing the relevant parties and have communicated frequently and transparently. They have strong local knowledge and an impressive insight into the market and wider situation throughout Covid. Recommended to and used by our neighbours as a result. Thanks!

GoogleThe team at CJ Hole Downend took over the marketing of our home after problems with other local estate agents. Right from the start they proved to be a cut above the rest. Professional right through the process. They offered friendly advice and within a short time we had a great deal of interest and an offer. Their help didn’t stop there and the sales progression team kept the process moving and were actively involved right until the end. We had lived in our home for 20 years and we would say the other agents reflected what you got then. CJ Hole Downend have moved with the times. They don’t make promises like they can get more for your house than others, blame you for not getting viewings, etc. They gave honest advice and we must say it was like having somebody on your side looking after you. Highly recommend them as your first choice if your thinking of selling/buying etc.

GoogleFollowing the sudden death of my father, I was left to deal with the property. Matt from CJ Hole came to give a probate valuation. He was so professional, but warm and friendly and incredibly helpful. He offered to help provide links with services such as gardening ... but also was able to help me re-home my dad's much adored cat Belle. In stepped Helen, Branch Operations Manager. She even welcomed me to her home for a visit. The sale has been dogged by delays due to Covid-19 lockdown, mortgage offers expiring etc, but the team (Matt, Helen and Tom) have worked tirelessly and cheerfully to bring everything to completion. GoogleWaited 9 months for CJ hole to repair our shower. Now, we have not been able to shower at all for over a week and they are ignoring our emails. It has got to the point where I have had to contact the council to do the repairs. I have previously had issues with CJ hole sending unannounced contractors (with keys to our house!) On several occasions. Do not let or buy from or with this company.

He specifically mentioned there will be more properties uploading shortly and tell me DO NOT ENQUIRY AGAIN. I understand as a student tenant, I am not the targeted customers for their listings. However, it was my first time enquiring CJ Hole, and this is the response and treatment received from them. Wouldn’t recommend this agent to anyone, who has no manners and treats people with no respect.

GoogleI dealt with the Southville branch of CJ Hole in the viewing of some houses in BS3 and the subsequent purchase of one. My phone calls to the office were always answered and they were able to book me in for viewings within 48 hours of each call and were flexible around my working hours. Sion was particularly friendly and polite both on the phone and in person. I also dealt with Ben and Matthew on the phone and over email who were prompt and comprehensive with their responses. Plans and time frames were adhered to and the whole experience was painless. My only suggestion would perhaps be having a FAQ sheet regarding each property for prospective buyers covering some basic information e.g. age of the boiler and heating system, who the neighbours are, dates and details of recent work etc. However all of these questions were answered during or shortly after the viewing so this wasn't a major issue.

Both were extremely professional and quick to get responses to any questions I had. It's been a long process that was made much more stressful by slow solicitors and I was very impressed with how they ramped up pressure as time went on. Hollie was especially good at pushing solicitors to act as quickly as possible as we neared the end of the process.
