I took the property, and then had a second viewing today just to check out some things, Finn again was patient and understanding, good conversation and knowledge. GoogleWould never, ever use or recommend this branch to anyone buying/selling. I am a first time buyer who lost (I actually call it robbed) of over a £1500 due the incompetence, unprofessionalism and bare face lies of this company (and the vendor) on a house that was no where near ready to sell. 6 months of lies and false information since we made our offer we ultimately ended up pulling out of the purchase and loosing a chunk of our deposit (which had taken us three years to save for) no apology or compassion instead met with coldness and ultimately kicked to the curb to start again. Ruthless company with employees to match - please do you research!!

GoogleCJ Hole managed the sale of my late parents house in Westbury Park. It had been in the family for 59 years and so following my Mother's death in October we put it on the market. I met with three estate agents and Tim Pepper was head and shoulders above the other candidates. He came to a different view as to the value and saleability of the house and when challenged came up with clear and persuasive arguments to back up his opinions. It was on that basis that we appointed CJ Hole. Within 24 hours the house was sold, effectively before we'd even tested the market. As this was a probate sale there were quite a few hurdles to clear before we could complete. Again Tim's knowledge of the process and advice on possible time scales were spot on. Once the sale was agreed Lorraine Banbury managed the rest of the process. She was brilliant to work with, dealing with me in a very sensitive way as and when queries arose from the buyers. She was the perfect "go between" and always quick to respond to phone calls or emails. Disposing of the house was potentially a very traumatic time for my three sisters and myself (they all live away from Bristol) and so we agreed that I would be best placed to appoint and deal with the estate agents as one of the executors of my late mother's will. Without question CJ Hole made the process that much easier for me to deal with and stress free. Even when there were brief delays in the probate process, they were most understanding particularly with what was then a deadline to meet so that the buyers could benefit from the stamp duty holiday. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who had a probate sale to manage or any other sale for that matter. A faultless service and experience from start to finish. John Malyckyj
