GoogleOut of all my years viewing houses, Rose from CJ Hole, Cirencester was the first estate agent I've met who had listened to what I was looking for and adapted the viewing to encorporate my preferences. GoogleThey accepted our deposit, had us sign a contract stating if they changed their mind through no fault of ours before the move in date, the deposit would be returned. They then changed their mind and attempted to keep our deposit. After a firm dispute, they agreed to return it as a 'good will gesture'. They then took 2+ weeks to return it, after several follow up calls and emails. Just what you need when you're moving house. What a joke.

GoogleJustin and bonnie at CJ hole have been excellent all the way through the process of selling my house. Quick sale and a good price after an alternative estate agent had it on the market for three months and didn't achieve a sale. Justin sold it in just under a couple of weeks. A very short chain, yet it's taken a long time to get it over the line but the updates were fantastic and I even found I was getting more updates about my purchase than I did from the agent I was buying from (Gregory's) Highly recommend. FacebookAfter submitting an initial offer on a property we sat and waited more than a day to begin negotiations or to be told that the sale would enter best and final offers and to submit our best offer. I was eventually contacted and told that my best offer had been declined. I had not made a best offer. The prospective buyer had already been informed that their offer had been accepted. We were willing to spend significantly more to secure the property but were not given the chance to negotiate or submit a final offer. Rather than try to submit our best offer at this point, which would gazump the prospective buyer and ruin their day through no fault of their own, I opted to walk away and hopefully not have to cross paths with CJ Hole Bishopston again. Avoid if you are serious about securing a property.

GoogleWe have been very impressed with all of our interactions with the team at CJHole in Henleaze. We have recently sold my parents home, where they lived for over 40 years. From the initial contact with Tim who fully appreciated our situation, the viewings accompanied by Josh which were done in such a covid compliant manner to the efficient professional management of the sale process by Cleo, all have been fantastic. After 2 days of viewings, showing 12 proceed-able parties the property, we had 4 offers and within 3 months the sale was complete. We could not have asked for more. This team is highly recommended.
