Honestly some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Liars and thieves.We have had consistent roof leaking since before we moved in, told it was going to be fixed before-hand and agreed to take the place.It is 8 months later and still no fix. Told it would be sorted several times, each time nothing happens. We have tried to complain directly, no response. We will be taking this matter to the property ombudsman as no result can be gained from dealing with the utter incompetence from Southville.I beg you, if you want to rent, just ignore cj hole entirely. They will ruin your life and pretend it's your fault.

I’ll be totally honest - I have dealt with another branch of CJ Hole for lettings in the past and have had a terrible experience, so was very skeptical choosing them to sell my property.
However, I could not be happier with their wonderful service! Kevin and Bonnie were polite, friendly, helpful, respectful and were genuinely invested in helping me get the right buyer and the right price for the house.
Another agent in the area whom I approached for a quote seemed to only be interested in a fast sale.
I highly recommend using CJ Hole to sell, they are fantastic at their job.

I had to sell my property under difficult personal circumstances and everyone in the team was very professional but also incredibly sympathetic. I was kept up to date throughout the process and once I had accepted an offer they found me a new property to purchase which was perfectly suited to my needs. Shocking behaviour - gave the homeowners of a property we had agreed a sale on a higher offer despite having sent us the memorandum of sale etc and we had already arranged school place for our daughter - total contempt for us as buyers and just money/commission driven - do yourself and your kids a massive favour and avoid this estate agents at all costs

I completely understand your comments and fully empathise with you regarding your frustration, but as professional estate agents, we are duty and legally bound to advise our vendor clients of all offers we receive on their property, as I am sure you would have wished to have been advised of on your own property sale.
In this instance not only was the offer greater than that agreed with yourselves, but more importantly it was from a first time buyer and as such there was no chain, a positon our vendor was vitally interested in having previously lost a sale as a consequence of a chain collapsing.

GoogleGreat team. We sold our house twice (one fell through) with CJ Hole Kingswood. Had lots of viewings, quick sale and efficient service. The team communicate well with each other and the client and you feel you are always up to date. They hassled solicitors for us in order to speed the sale along and in general were very supportive.
I can't think of anything to fault the team on. It is worth stressing that we sold during the covid-19 lockdown (sale agreed before, and completion in about week 5 of lockdown), which was of course a very stressful time to be selling a house. The team were great though. It was hit and miss at times, but CJ Hole helped all the way along.
