Ellie helped to arrange viewing of the property and was really understanding when we brought up some DIY fixes within the proerty. Once moved in, we have been very well looked after by Rafal - our property manager - who is AMAZING! Our email communication is always straight forward and any concerns dealt with quickly and efficiently. CJ Hole are definately THE BEST lettings agent we have ever used. GoogleApproached C J Hole after being recommended by someone helping with clearing the house of my late Father. From the start Edward and Tom gave me the confidence that they were at the top of their game. Throughout the sale process they have kept me totally informed and nothing was too much effort. The idea of using a drone to film the house to emphasise the location was truly inspired and no doubt helped with the early viewings and prompt sale. As a demonstration of how well they know the area and their business the house sold for over £20,000 more than the highest price initially recommended by another local Estate Agents. GoogleAs a tenant and renter, CJ Hole has provided the best customer experience and service, that I have had with an estate agents. I would like to give a special mention to our property manager Rafal - who despite being given some tricky issues to sort - has always been well organised, quick to respond and friendly in his manner. When she understood our moving criteria, deadline and details, she was proactive in trying to find us a property. In the end we were successful in finding a house with CJ Hole as she lined us up with a property soon to be vacated, but not yet. Other agencies seemed not to do this or think so laterally. GoogleWe asked three Estate Agents to value my mother-in-law's property and Jackie at C J Hole was a clear winner. She was friendly but professional, had done her homework on the property, its locality and the market, and evidenced this with examples of sales of similar properties. Unlike the others, she was able to both value the property and have an idea of potential buyers who might be interested in it - others seem to have made a distinction between the roles of taking properties on and selling them. Her timeline for bringing the property to market was clear and her follow up immediate. Having made the decision to go with C J Hole, her team organised the EPC, photos, property details and Rightmove marketing within a week and the property sold on the first day of viewings. Good communication since then meant that the whole process has been completed within 2 months.
