GoogleA million thank-yous....... Is not enough.We are trying to find the right words to describe the team. From the first day that Donna came to our house we were immediately put at ease.Any questions were quickly answered.With Eva taking charge and Oscar doing the viewings things moved forward at quite a speed. Viewings are easily arranged with plenty of notice. We did have a hiccup but that was due to our buyer..These things happen. We have to say that this team worked extremely hard and within a couple of days have found another buyer for us and saved us from losing the perfect house. Communication is spot on with us being informed at all times exactly what was happening. We cannot express how grateful we are. We would easily recommend this team to anyone. Many many thanks Paul & Jo Hi all. Okay so we have now moved in and been here 2 weeks.Internet has been sorted so can now leave a final message for all at the Kingswood branch. The moving day arrived after constant chasing by Eva. We were informed daily on the progress being made.The agents we bought from was a little slow.The handing over of keys was a breeze. We had a couple of questions that were quickly answered. This team here really do know their stuff. It's not just about a sell but about the follow up along with it. Like I said a million thank you's is not enough and we really can't express our gratitude. Just to finish that by the end it feel more like your friends sorting this rather than just an agent. You are all welcome to come round anytime and sit in the sunshine in the garden with a glass of something nice for the girls and a beer for Oscar, which of course will be on us. TrustpilotThink they’re God’s gift to the property market, they’re not.
We dealt with them as a buyer in 2018. It was a threadbare, do-the-absolute-minimum service that perhaps wouldn’t have been quite so painful if the management didn’t earnestly believe they are the best estate agency in the world, and continuously sound off about it. Even when you ring the branch, you have to listen to a recorded voiceover telling you how fabulous they think they are. Well, here's how it actually went. Our contact for viewing was a kid with close to zero knowledge of the area, the street, or the house, in fact, anything about houses, the way they‘re built, what a buyer might look for, etc. We had 20 minutes for this viewing. When we booked a second viewing, the (marginally) more senior colleague was no better and also allowed barely 20 minutes for a supposedly more thorough viewing of a 4-bed semi. Their 'sales progression' team consisted of no more than a woman giving us the occasional nag to do what we were doing anyway. The electrician they recommended for an inspection was (in hindsight, predictably) terrible. Even at key handover they were just going through the motions, handed us a bottle of cheapish wine with their own label/branding on it and a card not addressed to anyone with a dozen hastily scrawled signatures in it…again covered in their self congratulatory branding. Oh and a week after we moved in came a flyer suggesting we use their services to now sell the house we’ve just bought. Bravo, CJ Hole. If you didn’t keep masquerading your supposed glories, perhaps such mediocre service would be more tolerable.

GoogleWe first approached CJ Hole Clifton in Dec 2019 and sold our property just before the pandemic. Unfortunately the deal fell through due to lockdown. We had a few difficult months following that but managed to sell at the end of summer 2020. Despite a very long road to exchange and completion, Marcus and Luke (and the wider team) have been excellent at representing us, chasing the relevant parties and have communicated frequently and transparently. They have strong local knowledge and an impressive insight into the market and wider situation throughout Covid. Recommended to and used by our neighbours as a result.
