Kevin put us at ease at the initial meeting and we found him to be much more informative that conversations we'd has with other vendors. Our move ended up being quite complicated due to complications with our mortgage last minute. Bonnie and the team we brilliant at keeping things moving forward. GoogleI recently sold my late friends bungalow with CJ Hole. I found their valuation was spot on. Their commission was very competitive. The house was sold within 7 days of going on the market for the full asking price. Commutation throughout the whole progress was excellent from the whole team via phone, text and email. GoogleFacilitated an overpriced house in a dangerous area and were difficult in the booking process often threatening to ensure the house got sold to us, even saying that we'd loose the house unless we agreed to the landlords terms to pay £50 for wifi a month when previously wifi/broadband was listed as not included. No faith in this company to not oversell low value.NegativeValue
