I am a first time buyer who lost (I actually call it robbed) of over a £1500 due the incompetence, unprofessionalism and bare face lies of this company (and the vendor) on a house that was no where near ready to sell.
6 months of lies and false information since we made our offer we ultimately ended up pulling out of the purchase and loosing a chunk of our deposit (which had taken us three years to save for) no apology or compassion instead met with coldness and ultimately kicked to the curb to start again.
