GoogleLovely agents, would recommend for first time buyers like us, really informative and gave a helping hand every step of the way. Only small problem was they couldn't give us a viewing before we signed the contract, but COVID made it difficult so not entirely their fault. I have recently sold a property in Henleaze, Bristol. The service provided by CJ Hole was first class. I received regular updates on viewings and feedback from those viewings and a sale was achieved within 6 weeks of marketing. Once a sale was agreed the service provided by the sales progressor, Lorraine Banbury was absolutely fantastic. She continued to liaise with the buyer and my solicitor and I doubt that the sale would have been completed by the stamp duty deadline of 30/6/21 without her dedication and input. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm, they were worth every penny

My sale had a lot of hiccups along the way and as a result confirming exchange and completion became a major problem. Cleo worked so hard to get the chain to completion and without her pro-active efforts I doubt it would have happened. She was extremely patient but also knew when it was time to be assertive.

I have had a fantastic experience, all the way from the initial house viewing & assistance provided in making my offer (thank you for the brilliant work Arian), to the sales progression after my offer was accepted (thank you for all the amazing help and compassion with my many questions Rowena). GoogleHaving now moved in to a new property I can reflect on my experiences with CJ Hole. Very good, detailed listings and a rush free, Covid safe viewing with Michael. Application, referencing and contract process very smooth, prompt, with fantastic, friendly and efficient communication from Magda and Sara which really helped my confidence in the arrangements being made. The only niggle (which is not the fault of CJ Hole) is that Homelet, the partner referencing agency are a little ott on frequency of emails, calls and texts to try and sell their add on services (such as home insurance, internet), after the main referencing is signed off. Key collection and rent checks were also promptly arranged and Covid safe. I would happily recommend CJ Hole as a trustworthy letting agent based on my experiences.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
