I've been using CJ Hole in Hucclecote to find tenants for my rental properties for over 20 years. During this time, I've not had a single missed payment, nor deducted any money from deposits at the end of tenancies. I'm therefore confident in their vetting procedures and will continue to use them in the future whenever I need to find new tenants. I've mainly dealt with Claire and Danielle, both of whom are exceedingly knowledgeable about the local market and more than willing to offer advice around setting rental prices, when to spruce up properties and how best to market them.

When this buyer pulled out they managed to find another buyer within a few days without the need to re-advertise the property. Rowena Parker, my sales coordinator, was brilliant.
