GoogleHad a good experience with the Cirencester CJ Hole team selling my house. Although, it took 7 months to get a sale (in the current more difficult climate), they kept me well-informed of viewings and feedback. My contact was Dan who was helpful and proactive in pushing the sale forward. They were also accommodating at arranging someone to help with the garden and doing meter readings/collecting post, given that I no longer live close to the property.

The team at Downend were all very helpful, professional, punctual, and efficient. They provided great advice and support throughout the purchasing process. Even after our purchase was completed, they were still super helpful and promptly replied when we had a query. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We dealt with David, Ryan, Lois, and Lucy - all excellent professionals and they make a great team. Thanks to them all for helping us secure our new home.

GoogleVery efficient lettings experience. I was lined up to view two properties close by each other on consecutive days. After some dropouts, I got in 20 mins earlier on the first viewing. Lovely house, and very nice lady showed us round. Am happy to say we put in an offer, and got offered it this afternoon

GoogleIF YOU ARE A TENANT DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. If you read through the reviews, they're all landlords related. This is not a company that looks after tenants. I will not mention my experience with them but I'm absolutely disgusted. 1 star is too much.

GoogleWe had a bit of a nightmare time with our purchase due to terrible solicitors in the chain, but Chloe Brutto (sales progression team) was fantastic at constantly chasing, attempting to get updates and keeping on their heels. She would always provide updates when she had heard anything. The process of viewing/offering and starting the purchase was simple as the communication had been so good with the rest of the team also. Would definitely recommend buying through this estate agents!
