GoogleCJ Hole managed my property for a number of years, after taking over the agent I was originally using. When that tenant decided to move on, CJ Hole quickly and efficiently found a replacement; Ethan Marlborough was particularly helpful throughout the process.

GoogleCJ Hole are my estate agent and helped me find a place to rent. They have been helpful and friendly every step of the way. Now that I am living in my place they have been quick to answer queries and in particular Ethan has been great replying soon and if needed happy to come to the property to sort anything he can.

GoogleA great team who work well together to get the job done. My sale was a bit tricky with the buyer and their solicitor, but they kept going and worked hard to get the deal over the line. Would defnetly reccomend.

GoogleWorst renting experience I have ever had for 9 years living abroad. They try to charge everything throughout the tenancy. Two specific examples stand out. 1) the WiFi in the building went down for around a month. Instead of having people look into it and fix the issue, they replied my email saying that they will charge me for sending people look into the issue. 2) the move-out experience is a total nightmare. I found out the garbage room is full. I was kind enough to email them about the issue and throw my garbage elsewhere. But they instead of solving the issue, charge me for the cleaning fees of the garbage room. Also, they charge me for extra room cleaning fee and decoration fees after I moved out. Unfortunately I happened to know the person who moved in to the same flat I left. He said the room was the same as I left it and hasn’t been re-decorated.

GoogleIn what was a very protracted selling process due to circumstances out of their control Tim and his team showed great resilience in completing the sale. Communication was always excellent and the various parties involved were contacted regularly and any glitches were dealt with professionally. I would definitely recommend CJ Hole to anyone wishing to sell a property.

GoogleIf I could give CJ Hole 10 stars I would. From George and the sales team in Westbury-On-Trym who made selling our home so straightforward to Lorraine in Henleaze who managed to progress the chain when everything that could go wrong did go wrong. I dont think our chain would have completed at all without her! In an industry where standards of customer care dont seem to be very high CJ Hole are a shining example of how to look after your customers during an incredibly stressful time. I cannot recommend them enough and my family and I are so grateful for all the help and support CJ Hole have given us!
