GoogleI would like to thank the team at CJ Hole for all their help, support and advice during what has been a very difficult two year journey!! Many times I was going to give up, but Tim's constant support kept my spirits up! I am just about to move into a lovely house, in the perfect location for me and I am thrilled. I can highly recommend all the team, especially Tim, George, Dan, Holly and Kate. A very professional service in every way.

GoogleMy sister and I appointed CJ Hole to sell my late mother's house. Whilst they found a buyer quickly, the process took 6 months to exchange of contacts due to a weak link in the chain. CJ Hole were able to get things back on track, and I'm happy to say we exchanged last week. CJ Hole are a thoroughly professional organisation that has its finger on the pulse and knows the local market well. Their communication has been good and from start to finish I felt they were looking after our interests. I pleased we decided to have CJ Hole sell the property and have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you to George, Kate and the rest of the team.

GoogleEveryone at CJ Hole was very helpful and supportive in our search for a new house, especially as we lived outside the area. I think it was Joseph who did the sales part and Kate who did the after sales part and both were great! No problems at all and highly recommended.

GoogleMy husband and I just recently moved to Bristol from South Africa for my husband's work. Being so new to Bristol and the UK property market we found ourselves quickly overwhelmed and very panicked. We ended up going to CJ hole and were absolutely amazed at how helpful the team was. From getting us plenty of viewings, to guiding us on how to submit offers and eventually securing us a place. Thank you CJ Hole and Colin for all of your help and constant communication. You guys rock!

GoogleQuaid has been really great helping us look for somewhere to rent. Despite how hard it is to rent in Bristol right now he really fought for us and managed to help us find a place

GoogleWe used C J Hole, as we had purchased the property through them 7 years ago, for our elderly parents and it was great to have a local agent, who were familiar with the area. From the first contact, their service was excellent, professional and friendly. They gave us advice and tips throughout the process. We luckily sold quickly and the whole sales process was easy and took the pressure off us. They also provided a shoulder to cry on, as had just experienced a death and did not really want to sell the property. They kept in touch with us throughout and it was great to be able to just pop in for a chat, or get documents copied. The whole team were fabulous throughout, from first valuation to completion. Thank you to Tim and all his ladies xx
