Totally unprofessional.

Despite repeated requests to view a property I was not allowed! I am a cash buyer and was told that they were doing 10 viewings already but they might get back to me if they get a cancellation. Gobsmacked. I never realised that only a certain number of people are allowed to view a property. I wonder if the vendor is aware that c j hole are refusing viewings? Their telephone manner is beyond unprofessional and if you are thinking of selling through this agent then good luck and I hope you don’t get more than 10 potential buyers as apparently that’s not allowed.

Throughout the buying process Kate Cullen has been an absolute star, we honestly could not have done it without her. She has gone out of her way to help us with anything. Helping to chase our solicitors when they were ignoring us.
