I've only come across CJ Hole the once whilst viewing a property three times, and offering / getting an offer accepted. I'm so impressed that I know I would use them myself for a sale in future. Jodie was impressive with how she was direct and clear with communication on phone and email. and accessible unlike most agents. Smooth process, so fingers crossed through to completion.

As a buyer, Ed Thornton was the main point of contact at CJ Hole, Bishopston and I found him to be a breath of fresh air in the world of estate agents! He knew his stuff about the property in which I was interested, and if he didn't he said so straight away and then promptly went and found me the answers I needed. I really valued that honest, straightforward communication and it just felt like I was dealing with a real person, rather than a salesperson with an agenda. He was polite, approachable and professional, always on time with appointments and email/phone responses. Because of Ed, I already had a positive attitude when it came to dealing with the next point of contact in the buying process, Andy, who also seems really professional. I would recommend the CJ Hole Bishopston branch, especially if the rest of the staff are as good as Ed and Andy.

Hands down the best agency in Bristol. It’s refreshing to have an agency who care about you and your property journey. Kate, Shona, Holly, Jas, Sammy, Tim and George have gone above and beyond, taking the stress out of what’s usually a difficult time. I will certainly be recommending CJ Hole to those I care about over other local agents who have been nothing short of a nightmare. Keep up the good work.

We have dealt with Colin and Rhianne to organise viewing and taking on a property and the service received has been faultless. Colin was able to fit in an additional viewing when i was unable to attend with the family due to work commitments which was hugely appreciated. I would highly recommend, we are almost done with checks and have now been passed to the co-ordinator whose communication has also been fantastic.

I rented my house out through Bradley…

I rented my house out through Bradley Stoke C J Hole branch. They are a fantastic team and look after the tenants and landlord. They are fair, fast and sort out any issue quickly and effectively. A brilliant team that is fair and very knowledgeable. I have been with them for about 10 years and never had a problem. I would recommend the Bradly Stoke team to both landlords and tenants

Can't speak highly enough of the service we've had from James, Josh and the team - flawless & dedicated and so easy to communicate with. Add to that a forensic knowledge of the local market place and we honestly couldn't have asked for better representation.

They are extremely helpful and accommodating, to students as well! Leigh and Fran were the staff responsible for helping me and they were so understanding of my group and helped us through any issues we had while remaining professional and respectful despite us being students. Something that other agents didn't do. Highly recommend.
