GoogleThis is the 3rd property we have sold through CJ Hole and the service was just what you require from your Estate Agent. We were kept informed on the viewings and once we accepted the offer the Sales progressor worked very had to ensure the sale completed, keeping us informed all the way. We cannot recommend them enough.

We were in the process of buying our first home through CJ Hole Redfield, and unfortunately had the worst experience. Justin Withers specifically was extremely difficult to communicate with - aggressive, manipulative and extremely rude/unprofessional. We felt pressured and backed into a corner, to the point where unfortunately due to circumstances to do with the home, and Justin's behaviour, we decided that we didn't feel that we could move forward with the purchase. As someone who now owns a property, I would be mortified if someone like Justin was representing me in selling my home, and I would urge anyone who is purchasing their home through CJ Hole to advocate for yourselves and trust your gut.

GoogleExcellent service provided by Lulu and the team throughout the process of selling our property. Which at times was a nail biting experience due to the lack of communication by our solicitors but Lulu did keep up the pressure at them.

Leigh and Fran were the staff responsible for helping me and they were so understanding of my group and helped us through any issues we had while remaining professional and respectful despite us being students. Something that other agents didn't do. Highly recommend.

GoogleWe have recently sold my mums house, and the process was made very easy and straightforward by the team in the Kingswood office of CJ Hole. We started with quotes from 3 Estate Agents, but quickly decided to use CJ Hole because their valuation of the property was very realistic and their thoughtful presentation of the property generated over 40 viewings. Their communication was excellent, and we were kept updated at all times throughout the process. I recommend them, and will certainly be using them again in the future.

GoogleCJ Hole in Westbury-on-trym have been great throughout the sale of our property. Their valuation process was quick, well explained and rational. We wanted to move quickly and they arranged viewings within the first week and at times that suited us. Lorraine who worked with us directly worked hard to provide feedback on viewings as they happend and once an offer was accepted she acted as an incredibly professional, personable and efficient liaison between ourselves, the buyers and solicitors ensuring things ran smoothly and to schedule. Previously we had purchased our property through CJ Hole Westbury-on-trym and I would not hesitate to requisition their services a third time.
