Avoid them at all costs!!!

This is the worst estate agent in the whole of the United Kingdom that I ever had the misfortune to deal with. Crooks of the highest order, they only cater to the landlords’s interests and tenants hold no value in their eyes.They made me pay £500 as cleaning costs for a property which was left spick and span, and actually wanted me to pay £675 when hardly any cleaning was required apart from the garden which needed mowing.Even the person from the Deposit Protection Service noted that the property was left in the same condition as it was when we first moved in, but the stupid person that I am, I went and paid whatever they asked for. I am so angry at my naivety. The people working in their Lettings section have no qualms and very little conscience!

Upon finding an ideal place with CJHole I was able to get a viewing sorted the day of enquiry and ultimately signing the tenancy contract the Friday of the same week, I would certainly recommend them. C J Hole at Bishopsworth have been amazing and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I would never use anyone else. I need to give Ben a special mention, he has been a star from the moment he came to value right through to completion. He had to deal with the tears at selling the property after 70 years of being there so we could pay for my mums care home costs, to two failed sales, and finally through to completion on sale three. He’s listened to us, understood the trauma we were going through, supported and guided us, always remaining calm and reassuring. They've failed to maintain and repair the property for years. It shouldn't have been let in this state. They've refused to do repairs or pay for damage to my property caused by long standing mould, damp, water ingress and sanitation flooding. I've been left to clear up their mess on all occasions. They access my home without notification or permission. Only now they been served a Legal Improvement Notice, have they started work after 3 years of my suffering this, although it's been known to them for many years and just been left. Despite their having 6 months to do the work they've exceeded the time limitation and the Council have allowed this! I've been left homeless sleeping on floors, in expensive Airbnbs at my cost and in my car. They believe it's inhabitable, I've now been told to move back into a filthy flat that's in disrepair, damp, with bullying neighbours, inadequate heating, fire risks and it being cluttered. I can't access my bedroom, hall, lounge, kitchen or dining area due to their mess and disrepair. It's making me ill and putting me at risk.
