Just recently had a mortgage completion and got our keys to our new home from CJ Hole. About few months back, we viewed this property with assistance of Tim from CJ Hole, not only that he was so professional but he was so kind to us that he drove us to bus stop due to heavy rains after our viewing. We appreciate him so much at the time for doing that extra mile for us. Just want to thank Tim for mediating our negotiation with the vendor so in the end it was reserved for us. To the whole team of CJ Hole, we are grateful for all your effort with following through our mortgage application, also answering all our queries, for being so approachable, and for taking the time to listen to our sentiments during the whole process. Our experience of purchasing our property through CJ Hole was nothing but positive, from the initial viewings to the actual move. Lorraine was so professional and patient, she updated us daily throughout the whole process, which was extremely helpful and reassuring as we were relocating from a different part of the country, throughout we felt we were kept in the loop. I would 100% recommend CJ hole…

I would 100% recommend CJ hole hucclecote. As a land lord after having some not great experiences with other agencies, finding them to be like a breath of fresh air. They seamlessly work though any issues. They are friendly and approachable but on the ball, knowing exactly the right processes to do. They give you peace of mind.

I recently purchased a flat with CJ Hole and the process was as easy as it could have been with the help of Geena and Victoria. They worked hard to ensure the purchase went as smoothly as possible, and Victoria's quick and helpful communication made the whole experience so much less stressful, particularly as a first time buyer. I have rented a property through CJ Hole for many years. I just remortgage my Buy-2-let mortgage through their in-house advisor Barry. All well quickly and smoothly and it has saved me £100‘s per month! Definitely recommend them.

My experience with CJ Hole and the team has been nothing but positive. Since deciding to list the house for sale with them we've been kept in the loop with every detail that has happened during the selling process. This was especially important to me as I live far from the property being sold and didn't want to have any issues that needed face to face discussions. Price wise they're as competitive as the rest and have a very good reach to their target audience, this is testament to how quickly the house sold and for how much it sold for. I'm grateful to both them and the Solicitors used, Barcan Kirby and my solicitor Kim Pratt. Very thorough, quick to respond and always very knowledgeable answering any questions I had.
