The process was extremely well run and everyone we dealt there was professional and efficient and the sale was extremely smooth. What can I say..... Justin, from the very start of my requesting a valuation just out of curiosity, has advised & supported me through a complete house move...& this being my first time, at the age of 69 & recently bereaved, was a huge challenge. Throughout the whole process Justin, along with Ryan and the whole team have just been truly amazing. Every phone call... no matter who answered the phone.. was dealt with so much kindness and friendship & left me feeling reassured. I can't recommend them all highly enough..... GoogleGreat experience using CJ hole Kingswood for the second time when selling our property. The team are kind, attentive and genuine. There were a few bumps along our journey in terms of our chain and Kerry the Sales Progressor worked really hard to keep up with the communication amongst all solicitors and sellers/buyers. 1st class service and would definitely recommend if you are selling your home, or looking to buy :)

It was not straightforward but Emma along with Ellie and Sara combined as a formidable team and very quickly and efficiently found us new tenants and completed all the necessary background work to get them in the house within a month. We ended up in a very lengthy process (through no fault of CJ Hole!) but Lorraine in particular went above and beyond to keep everything on track and make sure our sale still went through.
