GoogleI’ve used CJHole Bradley Stoke as a Single property landlord for a number of year. I’ve always had good, prompt, efficient service with limited gaps between tenants. I recently had a refurb done, which they handled on my behalf and again an excellent service. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleCJ Hole, specifically Karen and Rachel, have been excellent support throughout our tenancy as the property managers on behalf of the landlord. They have ensured we have been provided with quick resolutions to any issues (maintenance or otherwise) providing an accommodating service which can be exceptionally rare in rentals.

GoogleWe recently rented a property in Cheltenham. Being new to the city, CJ Hole were extremely supportive throughout the move-in process. My partner who visited to do the viewing felt welcomed by the letting agent Oli's personality and approach during the visit. We were assured of the important aspects of renting a flat in the area such as safety, community and facilities available. These were essential in helping us decide on the flat as our new home. The application process was swift, smooth, and easy. Oli and Zara from the CJ Hole team handled all the admin work with extreme transparency and professionalism. They not only provided clarity to our questions but also understood some of our special circumstances and worked with us to find solutions that ensured peace of mind We love the flat and the city. The reason why we didn't have much stress or apprehensions before moving here was all thanks to how amazing the team at CJ Hole were/are. We would highly recommend using their services.

GoogleWe would highly recommend C J Hole we have nothing but praise for all the staff in the Westbury office, from our initial call they spent time explaining the process to ensure we understood the process and provided sound advice throughout. The marketing was very good, we sold and completed within 3 months and this in our opinion was due to the staff in and we sold within a couple of th thgae ur understanding and gave us sound advice how to proceed. The marketing of our house was very good and following the agreed sale (within a couple of months), they kept regular contact not only with us but all parties involved. The service they provided throughout the process was excellent, the staff in Westbury office worked extremely hard and through their determination with determination and as a result and rose - well done all of you !
