Victoria assisted us with the complex sale of three flats in a large, Georgian house in Redland, involving three different buyers, she was invaluable! Property sales appear to be increasing difficult to navigate but with a Sales Progressor as proactive and diligent as Victoria, we reached a successful completion on all three flats. We would not hesitate to recommend CJ Hole to anyone looking to sell their property, they are professional, knowledgeable and always quick to respond. Finding a home as an immigrant can be challenging, however, CJ Hole's agent Matt was really helpful in explaining the process and ensuring I got all the support I needed. Even when things didn't go well, he used to reach out to me to offer support. It took a little while but we got there. It was a great experience after all. Well done.

I recently completed on the purchase of a flat in Redland through C J Hole on Whiteladies Road. As a fellow property professional I am very happy to recommend them to both buyers and sellers alike. It was not the most straightforward purchase to start off with but we got there in the end! The worst letting company I have ever rented from!!

Currently renting a property from them and they completely miss led us and lied to us about the state of the house. They said the house will be cleaned but there is dirt absolutely everywhere. The house is an end terrace with some land for sale and they said that nobody has brought the land but then today we saw construction workers going in and looked on line and the land was sold two years ago. There is an unsafe bathroom light in the bathroom which is essentially just a light bulb and un covered. Mould in the house which was covered up in the viewing. The viewing was extremely rushed and so was the referencing if I knew the house we are currently in was not going to be cleaned as promised and the basic fixtures would be met then I would have never moved in. I feel completely ripped off from CJ Hole.

Very bad. I do not recommend this agency, they will ask you 100 questions and then tell you that you are not a good fit. And especially, a not very smart woman is sitting at the reception, she will answer the phone, she will write down …

It was definitely nerve racking to go through the buying process as first time buyers! My partner and I had been struggling to find a home within our budget. I couldn’t stress how difficult it is to look for a place with a decent price tag in this current climate. However, we really enjoyed the house hunting and buying experience with CJ Hole Bradley Stoke. Ian and Jacob were so patient and helpful throughout the whole journey.
