All the staff went above and beyond to ensure I got the sale I needed to purchase my next house. I couldn’t fault them at all as a company, nothing was too much, Brogan was amazing and so helpful !! I advise any one looking to sell, buy or rent to consider using beresford over all othe local companies, there fees may be cheaper but their is a reason for this !!!

All in all she took the role of an estate agent to whole new level. GoogleWe bought a repossession from Beresford Adams Mold branch, and I can honestly say that without the tenacity and persistence of Brogan, given the tight timescale for completion after viewing (28 days), we would not have been able to meet the bank’s deadline.
She was incredibly accommodating and we were able to visit the property on multiple occasions, often at short notice.
