Can't level up to the Tenancy Ombudsman because I dont get acknowledgements from anyone, by far the worst Letting Agent I've run into so far.

As I travel between the UK and Ireland I am not always able to tend to items related the maintenance of the property myself and Debra has always gone above and beyond her duties to help sort out any problems that may have arisen with tenants and/or property maintenance.

GoogleWe did not have a proper check-in when we took over the property and discovered a number of issues that needed to be resolved. However, Kimberley Dafern from Beresford Adams Property Management Department visited the house to see the problems for herself and took prompt action together with the landlord to resolve them. Kimberley was understanding and efficient with a commendable sense of urgency in her desire to have a satisfied tenant. There are still a few residual inconveniences, but in general we are very happy with the service received.
