I would not recommend Beresford Adams! My wife arranged a valuation of our property to get an appreciation of current market value. She was honest from the beginning, advising that we are not currently looking to sell, only to seek advice on whether it is beneficial to do further works. The appointment was cancelled 1.5 hours before they were expected because we were not in a position to sell, they did not think they could advise us accordingly. My wife took a day off work to prepare and be there for the appointment, only for it to be cancelled at such short notice. Many forums on the internet claim that estate agents are happy to offer valuations, even if you are not in a position to sell as they hope it will create a good image of the company in the hope that when the time is right you might use their services.....this is clearly not the case for Beresford Adams Wrexham branch! They are a bunch of time wasters and tried to blame the time delay in reaching their decision, not to attend on a junior member of staff whom had just started, rather than be honest and admitting it was because currently there is no financial benefit for them at this moment in time, a rather short-sighted way to operate in my opinion. Very disappointed.

The service, feedback and quality of information from Beresfod’s has been exceptionally good in the three years that I have been using them. Any problems are reported and dealt with quickly and efficiently, they have been flexible and professional in their approach to requests both from myself as landlord and from my tenants, and the responses to any issues have been very prompt and efficient. Really helpful service from the lettings team at Beresford Adams, I was on with another agent under a fully managed service, but yet was doing all of the management myself, even sat the rent smart wales licencing exam. Highly recommend Beresford Adams. My property was empty for over 3 months when I changed estate agents to Beresford Adams, they had a tenant in within a month. The service is very professional, they have kept me up to date at all times during the initial search and since the tenant has been in the property. The reports that they send out are also very detailed and give you piece of mind that your property is being well looked after. As with most things in life, there have been a few problems, but every query I have had has been dealt with very quickly. They accidently over charged me and the money was returned to me within a couple of day, no messing around. If you are looking for a professional, no hassle service, I would definitely recommend Beresford Adams.

They have enough experience to give an educated answer to pretty much every question you ask, and they have the customer service knowledge to listen to question they don’t know the answer to, let you know they’ll find out for you, and give you the accurate answer for it within two days at most. They handled a very quick turn around from viewing the property, to putting it on hold, to signing our tenancy agreement, to moving in within three weeks with ease. They’re extremely friendly and personable, willing to talk to you and have a proper chat while either viewing a property or signing a tenancy. They also are able to give you the privacy to view a property on your own to form your own opinions on it. They don’t pressure you into anything you’re not comfortable with. I honestly couldn’t recommend them more.

Estate agents are often given the unfortunate title of being some of the most disliked professionals in the UK. However, my experience with Beresford Adams has thrown that label well and truly into the trash. I couldn't commend Amy and Andrew enough. Both went out of their way to make my first house purchase as easy as possible for me. They were both incredibly generous with their time, supportive of any questions I had, and always eager to help in whatever way they could. Whenever I needed to go into the office and neither of them were around, all their colleagues were very friendly and welcoming, immediately putting you at ease.
